Location is excellent to Covent Garden and surrounding areas. Staff were courteous and polite. Small rooms and fixtures and fitments are not particularly modern. I would be hesitant to rate this hotel as a 4 star. |

we only stayed a night but it was perfect for an overnighter! great location, staff friendly, room - not huge but very clean. Didn't eat there but it looked good - if a tad expensive - but its what you expect in decentLondon Hotels unfortunatly when we stayed one of the lifts was out... which normally wouldnt bother us - but I was on crutches!! But staff were very apologetic and trying to get it sorted! |

The staff were very helpful. The location was superb. The room was adequate, nicely decorated, nice bathroom, good shower. The room was of an adequate size considering in London, you don't spend that much time in your room. Unfortunately we did not get to go to the bar but discovered it when we checked out and it looked fantastic, a great place to sit and watch all going on outside at the 7 dials. |

Arrived late and left early so we didn't experience too much of the hotel. Yes, We had a couple of rooms and you booked out my sons room without telling me or him so he didn't realise this until 3am when you decided to move him to Marble Arch, however most of his clothing was in my room!!! |

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious! The rooms were well supplied with everything that you needed and the concierge was very helpful. When out for a full day we arrived back at the hotel at 3.30pm and the room had not yet been serviced. |

Position is No. 1 about this Hotel for Covent Garden, Theatres, Leicester Square and Soho. Fantastic little shops in the street! Added to this is a little luxury, marble, big sofas, lovely bathroom products, tentative staff. Excellent bar with large windows overlooks busy seven dials makes great atmosphere at night. Bedrooms very good - have everthing needed, shower good and air con! Bath robes would be a nice touch! |
