Location, 5 Mims away from cov garden and Leicester square but so quiet considering where it is, no early morning noise. Rooms lovely, staff very friendly.

Poor value for money. Tiny room, no view, dreadful breakfast. We felt ripped off.

The aroma therapy in the lobby was too strong; I also didn't like the lack of drawers to put my personal items in.

I love the location of the hotel. This little oval piazza in front of the hotel is so lovely and make you feel like playing in a movie. The staff in front Desk very very helpful.

I stayed in the hotel twice in a period of two months. The first and the second time my comments are the same: The cosmetics in the bathroom is so difficult and unfriendly to use! Plus it "gives" the hotel a "cheap" icon, in contrast of the "luxurious" image it wants to offer! Some particular staff in the breakfast is very rude.

We had a wonderful weekend. The hotel was situated close to everything we needed. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean. The breakfast was lovely. We had a great time and will definitely stay with you again.

very clean, good position for theatre trip. Staff friendly.

Price, quite expensive. Room a little small, could not walk around the bottom of bed due to position of table and chair. However very clean and nicely presented. Breakfast could have been hotter.

The attention to detail and the level of service, they looked after us immediately when we had a leak in our room and moved to another superior room.

The location was fantastic, excellent interior design. On top of this the room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent!

We had the room untill 11am ,but at 10 15 and 10 30 we had the housekeepers just open the door to clean without even checking that we had vacated the room,which I found very unprofessional.

The room was small and fully equipped for our stay. The breakfast was excellent and the location was ideal for our trip. We would stay again but £222 was a lot to spend for 1 night!

Covenient location

Adding 12.5% service cahrge to everything, even coffee / drinks at the bar was unwelcome

The minute you walked in the hotel, a beautiful smell hit you. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very luxurious with a huge sumptuous bed and plush cushions. The breakfast was very gourmet, delicious! Our whole stay was wonderful and it would of been nice to stay longer. I would defiantly stay there again.

The view from our window wasn't too great, but there isn't much you can do about that in the city centre.
