The location was great for us, And the bed and bed linen was fresh and comfy. The double room and bathroom was incredibley small with poor/cheap appliances including a safe that did not work. |

Very central location for covent garden and the west end, good view from the top floor, and very polite staff. Hospitality tray not very good, no biscuits, and no milk for my tea in the morning. |

The reception area was fantastic and you felt relaxed as soon as you walked in. Overall the hotel was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. There was only one thing that didn't meet our expectations and that was the window in the room. It didn't seem to fit properly and left a nasty draft. |

Location Booked a deluxe room and at over 200 euro a night it was very plain and bit cramped, A/C not working and had to phone for cups, towels etc. |

Location - Convienient for London Shows and Shopping and near underground. Friendly helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Dated decor and bathroom was tired and needed spucing up. Rooms were dark and not as clean as they should have been. |

The room was comfortable and attractive. The reception area was very nice. The location was brilliant. The bar was very fun and had a good selection of drinks. Check in was 2pm and check out was 11am, this meant actually less than 24 hours in the hotel which does not seem quite like value for money. Also, I think the price should have included breakfast or perhaps some complementary drinks/food in the room. And of course, the minibar was extortionate! |

Location! Smoking room! Complimentary Wi-Fi! My bathroom was flooded. My card was charged incorrectly. It was charge of regular price, not booking.com price. Finally hotel fixed that mistake, but it was a nervous situation while my vacation |

Very convenient for Coveny Garden/West End. Located in a reasonably quiet situation - especially considering it was New Year's Eve. The breakfast was very pricey on top of the room rate. |

location nera "Chicago" theatre Poor service. I went to the hotel bar at 6pm but no-one was there to serve me - after 10 minutes I left. later that evening I returned for a pint of draft beer but all the draft was off since the pipes of all were being cleaned and " would take an hour - why not have some bottled beer". At breakfast the next day ( cost £18) I asked for boiled eggs. This took 20 mins and the toast was then cold. |

The location of the hotel was perfect - right in the heart of the West End. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and will stay there again. |

Perhaps the most central hotel in London, located in the heart of the West End at the foot of Oxford Street with the whole of London on your doorstep. |
This is one of London's best centrally located hotels, on the edge of London's famed 'Theatreland' and close to cosmopolitan Covent Garden. |
Just a few minutes’ walk from Oxford Street, Leicester Square and Covent Garden, The Bloomsbury Hotel (formerly Jurys Great Russell Street Hotel) is a fabulous fusion of London design styles. |
In the heart of London’s Theatreland, The Shaftesbury is an air-conditioned boutique hotel with luxury features, free internet access and an excellent location. |
