Location near Covent Garden amongst all of the boutique shops and small restaurants and bars is perfect. The hotel itself is not branded "Radisson" from the outside, you are looking for "Dial Bar & Restaurant". The staff could not be better, the hotel bar and restaurant is luxurious and appealing; you can tell this by the amount of walk-in customers that are not hotel guests.

Its location. We stayed in room 618. The toilet seat did not fit the bowl and the seat would not stay up when raised. When men stand to urinate they prefer not to splash over a seat. When a seat will not remain raised men will normally move to the side of the bowl and carefully hold the seat up with a judiciously placed knee. The manic designer of the room located the toilet within an area that denied the user access to either side - it must have been a woman who designed this. The tv screen/system rather cutely only revealed the instructions on how to turn it on when it was turned on - obviously designed by a sadist (as with the toilet)

Great and peaceful location, in walking distance from the best central London focal points The only negative aspect of the rooms is the very horrible velvet-like texture and ugly colours of the extra cushions and spreads over the beds. These are surely not needed and as long as you get rid of them (into a cupboard or onto a floor corner) everything is perfect!

The location, the rooms were clean, and the bathrooms modern! The reception staff very rude! We arrived with a booking for them to tell us we had no reservation and our hotel was around the corner, after 30 minutes on google maps walking around it kept taking us back to this hotel. We went back in, and were told we had to wait 30 mins while they made us a new reservation. At 10pm New Years Eve this was very frustrating, as we wanted to go out and enjoy our evening. After 30mins waiting to check in, I asked the man why it was taking so long, we got a very rude response and told us it would take as long it takes! When we arrived back to the room, the TV didn't work, not something you would expect from a room that cost us £300 a night. Upon checking out the next day, they tried to charge us £350 for the room, when we reserved at £300. We showed them our original reservation at £300, and it took them another 30 minutes to change our final bill back to the original price. With no apology for the delay, or an offer of a drink while we wait!

We have stayed here a number of times previously when it was "The Mountbatten" as it is in an ideal location for the usual tourist sites of central London and of course the theatres. The refurbishment has greatly improved the whole experience of staying at hotel. We will definitely return.

Really beautifully decorated hotel. Lovely bedroom and newly done en- suite. Tasteful and fantastic location. Small but cozy cocktail bar and restaurant. The price of breakfast!

The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of central London. The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful. The renovation is lovely and everything feels very new and fresh. Great views across London from my hotel room. The gym was unavailable due to the renovation - which I didn't know before booking. It was possible to use the facilities at sister hotels, but this was too much of a hassle so I skipped my workouts.Rooms on lower floors might be noisy due to the area being quite lively.

The position is very central and all main areas are within easy access. The hotel has been recently refurbished so all furnishings are recently new and the overall look is that of cleaness. The rooms were terribly small not justifying the overall price. Appreciated that staff made every effort to accomodate me in a better room succeding but I was also lucky that the hotel was not full. I wonder what would have happened on the contrary.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, surrounded by excellent restaurants, ample shopping and only 5 mins walk from Covent Garden. We didn't get to enjoy the breakfast, which we heard was lovely because it wasn't included in the price, which at £162 per night it should have been, but it meant that we got to venture out to St Martin's Courtyard and enjoy the cafes there.

Room and bathroom tastefully furnished and modern.. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breadkfast excellent. Very good location for Convent Garden. I would have liked a choice of pillow. One feather one would have been good. the 'dunlopillows' are hard and unforgiving. The safe situated where it was on the floor inside the wardrobe and at one side was almost inaccessible!

Location is great for the shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of Covent Garden. Refurbishment has been done very well. Travelling on foot to the hotel, there is no 'Radisson' sign to indicate the hotel. It is easy to miss it. Google maps just confuse it. The hotel is on the corner of Mercer street and Monmouth street - very simple! - when you know.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating making me feel nothing was too much effort. The bar/restaurant staff were friendly and attentive with the food being good, however the drinks were over priced compared to similar bars in the area. Great location for shopping right in the centre of Covent Garden. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definately stay again. As above my only dislike were the drinks were overpriced compared to similar bars in the area.

Staff are the real stars here! The bedrooms could be slightly bigger (but this is, after all, central London) and better appointed, but all members of staff will really do all they can to turn your stay into a wonderful experience.

Clean, modern rooms. Stall showers. That awful fragrance that you have piped into the lobby--it is stifling. What is wrong with clean, fresh air? The new lobby arrangement is definitely a major step backwards from the old layout. This new setup is cold and uninviting.

I liked the decoration of the hotel and the fact that it was from walking distance to a lot of nice shops in the nearby streets, as well as theatres to enjoy a musical. We were not given any new paper roll once, but it was just a mistake of the cleaning lady.
