Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen miellyttävässä ympäristössä, suurkaupungin sydämessä mutta tunnelma on pikkukaupunkimainen. Metro on lähellä, samoin kivoja kauppoja, ravintoloita ja teattereita. Hotellissa kaikki toimi moiteettomasti ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Ei moitittavaa |

Keskeinen paikka, uudistetut huoneet. Olin tilannut on-line check in'in yhteydessä herätyksen seuraavaksi aamuksi ja se vahvistettiin vastaanottovirkailijan kanssa; herätystä ei koskaan tullut mkikä oli erittäin valitettavaa, koska myöhästyin sovitusta tapaamisesta. Great location Our room was very small and there was no mirror near hair dryer or any mirror near plug sockets so very hard to get ready |

REMH is in a perfect location, the hotel has a good wibe and is very well run. One of the best mid range price hotels in London for sure. Staff were great attentive personal yet professional. The price is a bit high but worthed. |

Superb location. I have stayed at this hotel before and found the room etc. fantastic - very spacious. On this occassion, the room we were allocated was very small in comparison. Suitable however if you are only looking to sleep there! |

I wasn't there much but enjoyed the fact that it was so close to the shops and the West End.... The hotel was great, I have no negatives to say only that the room was totally different to the picture on the website I assumed it would of been bigger, I thought I had booked a twin.... |

The location was great for us, And the bed and bed linen was fresh and comfy. The double room and bathroom was incredibley small with poor/cheap appliances including a safe that did not work. |

Very central location for covent garden and the west end, good view from the top floor, and very polite staff. Hospitality tray not very good, no biscuits, and no milk for my tea in the morning. |

The reception area was fantastic and you felt relaxed as soon as you walked in. Overall the hotel was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. There was only one thing that didn't meet our expectations and that was the window in the room. It didn't seem to fit properly and left a nasty draft. |

Location Booked a deluxe room and at over 200 euro a night it was very plain and bit cramped, A/C not working and had to phone for cups, towels etc. |

Location - Convienient for London Shows and Shopping and near underground. Friendly helpful staff. Nice atmosphere in bar and restaurant. Dated decor and bathroom was tired and needed spucing up. Rooms were dark and not as clean as they should have been. |

The room was comfortable and attractive. The reception area was very nice. The location was brilliant. The bar was very fun and had a good selection of drinks. Check in was 2pm and check out was 11am, this meant actually less than 24 hours in the hotel which does not seem quite like value for money. Also, I think the price should have included breakfast or perhaps some complementary drinks/food in the room. And of course, the minibar was extortionate! |
