Unfailingly helpful and cheerful staff. They moved us to another room after a smoky smell in a non-smoking room..not their fault. Excellent breakfasts... Breakfast coffee was only weakness..literally weak |

The parking set down area is not very good, on leaving the hotel parking wardens were stopping guests from picking up their luggage and family. Bearing in mind that the Raddison does not offer on-site parking, it is a bad situation to be in, argueing with traffic wardens on your departure. Not something you would assosciate with a 5* hotel. |

The staff at the bar showed great customer service by providing a dish that wasn't on the menu. Had the same dish when staying at another SAS Radisson and very much liked it. Excellent! Athough the booking was for 2, towels etc were enough for 1 only |

the style was very modern and there seemed to be a lot going on - it was enjoyable to just "people watch" when they had a big charity night on saturday eve. lack of "cosyness" - that may just be me but it seemed almost clinical |

The Radisson is a luxurious hotel, centrally located and the staff are all very pleasant. There was just one problem with the room. Under the bed matress there were pornographic magazines and I appreciate that these may have been left by other guests however it was a bit of a shock. |

Smart and efficient. No problems. Use of pool important to me. Very keen on art and always enjoy art work in hotels. Although it must be said the selection was mediocre. Parking |

Good location for Glasgow city centre and shopping. Near train station for easy travel. The room was not to a high standard. The 'city' view advertised did not live up to expectations. Bathroom a safety hazard, water leaked all over the floor after a shower, impossible to contain water within the bath. My wife slipped at least twice. |

Bedroom shape was nicely different and adequate facilities Noise from outside was intrusive in room overlooking building site and station. Room was very small and cramped for a hotel supposed to be 4/5 star. |

Comfortable room, excellent staff, cheerful and helpful, nice touches like they'll deliver fresh milk to your room early in the morning for you to make your own coffee, welcome fruit bowl, they even offer to fetch your breakfast for you if you're too lazy to go to the buffet. |
