Radisson Blu Hotel, Glasgow    

Staff was very attentive, friendly and helpful. Internet access was excellent.

Plumbing - the bath / shower drain in the 1st room was plugged and black specks of crud back-flowed into the tub. We changed rooms (which is a hassle), and the next room had a leak in the drain of the sink and dumped drain water on the bathroom floor. That got fixed. Pretty sure that the tub drain problem had been around for a while

A perfect luxury hotel right in the middle of Glasgow with friendly and helpful staff. It is also good value for money - we booked via booking.com and paid only £68 for one night stay at a five star hotel with a swimming pool! local B+Bs were charging £60 per night! We thought it was a bargain. They also allowed us to have extended checkout time for free - we could use the hotel and room facilities until 6.00pm on the day we left, which was very handy as we needed to wait in Glasgow quite a while before catching a train to London late at night.

Staff at breakfast unsure of situation regarding whether I had reserved or not; cleared plates away before we had the main course; hot breakfast buffet not of a quality that I would have expected. Bed linen marked. Bath robe marked.

The bed was horrific one of the most uncomfortable sleeps I have ever had but after speaking with the manager he has resolved the problem 10 out of 10 for the manager Dale Simpson

You could hear traffic noise throughout the night & there was also a clicking sound in the room throughout the nite : (either air-conditioning or pipes in the bathroom).

Reception staff were helpful and professional however bar staff were tunnel vision..too busy with dealing with their task at hand and failed to ask If further drinks were required. This was not encouraging. On the evening of stay we decided to entertain elsewhere. Ate beyond the hotel. After a long journey we were disappointed. Perhaps there was understaffing.

The hotel in general was good. The staff was excellent.

The heating system was not easy to use and no settings to show the room temperature. There is no car park for the hotel. The tv and lights are not very good in the room.

The location was perfect.. Centre of Glasgow and right next to train station.

Not the 5* I was hoping for.. Not as clean as it should have been, a stain on the net curtain and a sticky stain on the table let it down big time :(

Very Friendly and Helpful staff. Great Location. Nice design of building/main Foyer. Good Consumables in Room (inc caramel wafers!).

Loud aircon noise coming from above our room which was on 6th floor. Our room fans were switched off so must have been coming from airhandling units for public areas. Hole in Room Wall where auto closing mechanism has made contact with plasterboard. Cracked tile in bathroom along with previous guests hair(not v 5*) No Mint for cocktails. Felt a little disappointed as did not meet 5* expectation and certainly was not worth paying nearly double of what a room in Jurys inn would have cost.

Excellent service, great city centre location, friendly & helpful staff, top class breakfast choices.
