Good location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Close to Moorefields station.
Room not cleaned 1 day out of 4 night stay.
Great location near the cultural dock area with local supermarkets located a short walk away. Breakfast tasty and a great choice especially on the Monday morning ie after weekend rush. Extremely comfortable and well equipped room with very spacious memory foam bed.
The a/c wasn't working during the whole stay (Saturday to Monday morning) which meant room temperature was around 24C day and night. This is too hot and stuffy for a comfortable night's sleep. Very disappointing given the price paid especially for a Saturday night stay.
Poor restaurant, ambience and design. Disappointing bar, seating and ambience.Location was toop far from points of interest , especially in bad weather and Poor transport arrangements ( taxi booked for 7.45 had not turned up by 8.05 pm)
nice modern building
They hadnt read our specification on beds.
There didn't appear to be enough staff on duty in the breakfast room, all the food had ran out and no one was clearing and re setting tables, we had to do this ourselves, when we finally got to eat the food was lovely
Rooms very noisy with hen party's and adjoining doors between rooms
Everything better than we expected
Car park across the road from hotel and well priced but not suggested by hotel
Loved thisworks toiletries
Room was like a sauna in spite of having fan on coldest setting from when we arrived and staff could only offer a fan Furniture all chipped/marked, moved a chair and underneath was very dusty Gap between wall and shower screen meant a very wet floor after every shower
Stayed many times before top class hotel good staff very good breakfast and ideally situated for all liverpool has to offer will be stayin again very soon many thanks
size of room and large bed! bathroom lovely.
room was far too hot which made it uncomfortable to sleep. We tried altering thermostat but were informed the next day that you could only alter by 2 degrees. Breakfast was very disappointing.
Drinks very expensive, lack of information on arrival and checking in, in the afternoon lack of atmosphere. Our evening meal.
The air con 6 times I asked the staff to sort it but they couldn't.we arrived back from a long day out at 4.45 pm to find our room wasn't cleaned.i told a member of staff on reception she said sorry leave it to me.we arrived back from dinner at 9.30 to find still not done.a very disappointing stay.
Beds were very comfortable and pillows fantastic. Rooms were clean.
Stark hotel, non welcoming lobby and bar area. felt like being in a 1960's tower block. Quite a long walk to all the attractions.
Hotel has a great location and I frequently stay there.
The duty Manager on reception argued with a group of women for 90 minutes all because his beverage computer had broken down. There was a printed wine list on a table which the duty manager said he had never seen. This and a pen could have resolved matters. But the manager was indecisive.
Great staff and a lovely hotel
Room was very hot and couldn't get the control to work but this wouldn't stop me staying again!
*Staff was very helpful & Polite. *Bedrooms are very clean and with a nice size bed. Loved the fridge and the room layout. Staff was helpful on request of Bath Matt and more milk & sugar for more tea & coffee. Pillows where feathers which made sleeping very comfy. * Food in the restaurant was tasty but a tad pricy for what it was. WIFI Was good, little on slow side but it is shared on a guest network. Bar was nice with an enjoyable big screen TV to watch whilst relaxing. Reception park you car once parked up at the front, they will offer to park this up in their private car park for £25 a night. All bags stored in the storage room will have asset tag labels so all your kit is logged and looked after. Very close to the centre shops and the coast including the Tate Gallery and other historical places. 15 Minutes walk from the shopping centre. Not far from an Interesting beef tapas called FAZENDA, very very pricy but its extremely awesome and tasty food. Swimming pool / Hot Tub / Sauna / Showers / Changing rooms where all fantastic, with TV in Changing rooms. Loved every minute.
Didn't like the fact I had to leave. To be honest, I cant find a fault, this hotel was worth visiting. Private Parking at £25 stung for 2 nights at £50 but they do let you take your car when you need it back.
As the title suggests all of my scores for the hotel would of been excellent except for the breakfast. Rooms lovely, location great, reception staff very helpful
The breakfast was awful...... The scrambled egg was disgusting, the other breakfast dishes were left out for far too long, my black pudding was inedible! Like a brick... Service was poor we had to ask after 15 mins for some one to provide cutlery and take our drinks order. No one explained that u have to order eggs poached or boiled. Such as a shame as we checked out of the hotel after breakfast and left feeling dissppointed when everything else was great.
Everything about this hotel. The staff, the hotel, the breakfast and the room was first class.
Little comfortable sized room with NO view
Soulless hotel, grey in colour and personality! Would not stay here again.
Bathroom jaded, poor shower, unwelcoming foyer. Worst hotel breakfast, looked like old boiled eggs that had blackened yolk were used making scrambled egg mush, totally inedible. Tea, butter and fried eggs had to be requested but staff too busy setting up tables to deal with customers. Breakfast price was thankfully removed from bill!
size room, bathroom facilities and toiletries, lay out of room.
dirty carpet in room 406 big blue stain blood on the light socket had to wipe with a baby wipe. duvet cover torn down the side seam The mattress was not the most comfortable and sagged in the middle.
The hotel was very nice although a few teething problems in business class room. I would stay again
The restaurant was poor
Stylish, modern, friendly and very clean
We didn't get your breakfast in bed at the time we wanted it so that spoiled my stay a little
Great welcome and friendly staff. Great room (high floor with good view) with very comfy bed and great facilities.
just that little bit away from the centre (albeit a short walk - ok as we are fit and it wasn't raining). Lack of parking which was v expensive off-site
