Staff were very helpful
Broken sink in bedroom ,mini bar in room was empty, spar had a few broken things and no lockers with locks
Nice hotel and breakfast
Bed! Massive bed but was effectively 2 beds put together do the gap in the middle made for an uncomfortable nights sleep!!
Very friendly staff and helpful too. Room was very nice and very clean. Facilities were excellent and the location of the hotel was good. Only a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants and pubs. Food of a high standard.
Only fault i can think of is that when we came down for breakfast the scrambled eggs looked less than appetising. All the other food was delicious.
Hotel, location, the view on the Mersey river, the food and the staff
The swimming pool facilities should be renovated a.s.a.p.
Bed was very comfy
Sausages at breakfast
Large bed, spacious seating area in reception and the fact it wasn't too busy
There was no hot water and nobody around to check us out in the morning!
Nothing was too much trouble, staff were amazing! Will go back anytime
Room comfortable. Good location.
No padlocks for lockers, sauna out of action, very poor lighting in pool. No on site car parking.
The bed was the best
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The room was clean and comfortable
Modern design Pleasant staff Prompt check in
Noisy party in foyer at 4am! Shower Cracked mirror in room
Lights in the room not bright enough.
Beds were so comphy, nice sophisticated atmosphere, friendly staff, pleasant staff, was abit noisy at around 2am, however it was a Saturday night what can you expect. Very posh and lovely!! Extremely clean! Had a lovely night :)
The location, it said it was in the liverpool city centre when it was in moor fields and it was about a ten minute walk from the station with heavy bags and the toilet stank before we got in there!!!
Staff amazing, breakfast amazing and rooms spotless
Whirlpool is not heated
The welcome of reception staff. Huge comfortable bed with a view of the river.
The pool area and leisure changing facilities were looking shabby compared to my previous stay. Sad to see.
Unable to open a window to get any fresh air in to the room
The bed was comfy and staff where plesent
£25 for parking on top of a £95 standard room.... Rediculous!
The interior was amazing
Accepted that arriving at 11.30am for breakfast not to expect anything spectacular but pink bacon, soggy scrambled eggs no juice for £10 per meal is taking the mickey. Didn't want a large meal same evening so ordered nachos and ribs at the bar absolutely disgusting and we should of said something but went to buy sandwiches in tescos instead. microwaved grey meat yuk
Guaranteed basic standard. staff were friendly enough.
Mould on the bathroom tiles. Bedroom cabinet broken. not sure on this occasion whether this room provided value for money.
As always at Radisson hotels the staff were friendly. The atrium is impressive. The room was spacious and comfortable.
At breakfast it was very hard to find staff to take an order for coffee or extras. The business class room was supposed to come with towelling robes but we had to phone reception to get some sent up. Coffee and milk supplies for the Nespresso machine needed to be replaced.
I liked the location of the hotel, being fairly close to Liverpool One. The late check out (12 noon) was great, as was the breakfast (also available until noon).
The bed was not firm enough for my liking. The pool area was lovely, but the sauna and the spa jets didn't work, which spoiled it some what.
Great service , great food , great location, a great welcome and great vfm, what more could you want.?
The New Year's Eve food was very poor in taste ,and not very warm for £65 per head not good upgraded to a top room on £260 a night but was was not worth more than £ 100 ,mould in the bathroom ,two off us and only one robe £25 to park your a night ,total rip off breakfast was a total disaster with burnt sausages and no eggs or hash browns Was glad to leave ,was waiting for reception to ask when I paid my £ 473 for a one night stay how's was everything or did you enjoy your stay but she never bothered ,so just left it at that
All food at this hotel wasn't to a good standard, breakfast was a disaster.
