friendly staff, in a hotel in the heart of liverpool
Did not change my towels
The interior design at this hotel was extremely smart and contemporary. The staff were well trained, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent and good value. My special diet was catered for efficiently.
The valet parking was quite expensive.
It was excellent apart from the fact that almost everything I tried to order from room service had ran out at 11pm... Disappointing
The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was really good and the bed and pillows very comfortable.
The breakfast system didn't work so well. If you wanted fried or poached eggs etc you had to order them and they would bring them to your table. You then had to go to the breakfast bar to get everything else, by which time your eggs are getting cold. It would make more sense to serve them at the breakfast bar along with everything else. Also, you had to work this out for yourself as no explanation was offered.
The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was clean.
The noise echoed around the atrium making it very noisy.
Staff,room, facilities and food.
Stayed for a long Weekends with the few girls, can't fault the hotel staff breakfast or location. We are already thinking about returning soon
Beds very big and comfortable
Location was good and easy access to bus and roads
Being kept up all night because late function going on till 2 am
wedding room brilliant, staff waiting on excellent friendly and efficient. overall a nice venue with beautiful views over the river. could not find fault.
Everything about hotel was OK. Everything about Liverpool was excellent.
Location was further away from the centre than I preferred. Restaurant evening meal was pricy......so didn't use it. Electronic cards for lift didn't always work. Shower head was poorly located & difficult to use. Not enough coat hangers in wardrobe. I don't expect to need to bring my own.
We loved the view of the activity on the river from our room
Getting from the waterfront to the hotel on foot was rather difficult and tiring for us old folk. This was due to the position of the hotel across a number of busy roads without there being any ways other than walking all round rather than across.
Location , lvly room, staff very helpful.
Bedrooms were large and very comfortable
Breakfasts were only average.
Location was wonderful, easy 5 mins walk into town. Most staff very pleasant.
The night guard was very opinionated and ruined our drinks in the bar with his politics and other rantings to guests. Made us so uncomfortable we left the bar and didn't feel comfortable using it again.
It was very clean and big comfy beds!
Pool and jacuzzi were cold, reported to manager after stay and the issue was kindly resolved
Staff were excellent there was a slight error in the booking however they apologised and gave us a free complimentary bottle of champagne and it wasn't the cheapest bottle either
Bedrooms were clean. Having a spa on site was ideal. Walking distance to main attractions.
Mould in the bathroom. Even though I had emailed the hotel and spoken to them on the phone, they still did not get our accommodation right - however, the receptionist did manage to correct this.
All facilities were great. We were having an anniversary night away from the children so particularly loved the leisure facilities. We got a warm welcome as soon as we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. Thank you.
