Sadly. Leaving ?
Room. Staff very young and inexperienced.poor lea sure facilities
Very friendly, professional and knowledgable staff, who were able to help us with everything we needed
The lesuire facilities are not privately for hotel guests.
Location close to main attractions Friendly staff and very helpful Room was large
Breakfast is the same day after day Some of the towels in the bathroom were worn out The bed sheets were not changed during my 6 nights stay
Helpful friendly staff, really comfy bed and pillows and rooms roomy and quiet. Will definitely return. Also one of the best back neck and shoulder massages I have ever had in the spa. Only downside is they ran out of hash browns and breakfast and said there will be a 10 minute wait for fresh ones which was dissappointing as I had finished my breakfast by then. Someone should have been monitoring that.
Polite friendly staff, a comfy quiet room and great location
The view from our room was the ventilation units etc. Not the best sight no wonder the curtains were shut
Hotel Location Cleanliness Room Size Reception Staff Room Facilities Comfy Bed
Breakfast Service was really disorganised, waiting times awful, no waiting staff had a pad & so didn't know what they were ordering for who at what table & some not very friendly.
Bed was excellent. Reception staff were absolutely great.
Car parking Choice of dining options limited, particularly on Sunday.
Lovely room, comfy bed, super clean every day. Staff were lovely too

Clean hotel great value quality food
room card needed to use lifts stops people just walking in off the street making it a nice security extra
Comfy bed, every little detail was just luxury, had problems with first 2 rooms then 3rd time lucky room was amazing, views fantastic and food nice.
TV a bit small and quality of picture not the greatest, one rooms TV was not watchable so was moved
friendly staff, in a hotel in the heart of liverpool
Did not change my towels
The interior design at this hotel was extremely smart and contemporary. The staff were well trained, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent and good value. My special diet was catered for efficiently.
The valet parking was quite expensive.
It was excellent apart from the fact that almost everything I tried to order from room service had ran out at 11pm... Disappointing
The staff were very helpful and approachable. The room was really good and the bed and pillows very comfortable.
The breakfast system didn't work so well. If you wanted fried or poached eggs etc you had to order them and they would bring them to your table. You then had to go to the breakfast bar to get everything else, by which time your eggs are getting cold. It would make more sense to serve them at the breakfast bar along with everything else. Also, you had to work this out for yourself as no explanation was offered.
The staff were all very helpful and polite. The room was clean.
The noise echoed around the atrium making it very noisy.
Staff,room, facilities and food.
Stayed for a long Weekends with the few girls, can't fault the hotel staff breakfast or location. We are already thinking about returning soon
Comfortable room with lovely view of the river.
Reception staff attitude towards guests. Following a bad experience during our last stay, we were promised a Club Class Room with a VIP package. The room was very much lacking in club standard facilities - meagre offering of toiletries - far less than our first stay in a Club Class room. One pair of slippers for the two of us, no towelling robes like our first stay. All in a huge disappointment. We were turned away from the restaurant as it was only available to tour party guests, but no prior warning had been provided at time of check-in, or any signs near to the restaurant entrance door. Very embarrassing. When I asked the Reception staff about the situation, they merely stated that the restaurant was always closed on Sunday evenings. Strange, as the first Sunday we stayed there we ate in the hotel restaurant, but they insisted we couldn't have done so, even I could, if needed, provide proof of paying the bill. When I asked about the VIP package we had been promised, one surly member of staff checked the database and reminded me that a bottle of wine had been provided in the room, free of charge. VIP package?! A £6 bottle of Chardonnay classed as a VIP package. They must be having a laugh (at our expense). I do wonder if this is normal policy for the Radisson group, but we did leave them the wine as we found it cheap and distasteful. At the time of check-out there were no pleasantries offered, obviously as they didn't consider asking if our stay had been pleasant based on our experience. I would strongly suggest further Customer Care training for the staff on duty on 31st August, if in fact they have ever had any. Last time we will ever stay at a Radisson hotel. They should take a look at standards operated at Premier Inn hotels who don't pretend to be grand, but are always top rate.
Beds very big and comfortable
Location was good and easy access to bus and roads
Being kept up all night because late function going on till 2 am
Staff quickly responded to us all having double rooms instead of the twin we had booked and got the beds changed in next to no time. Ice dispenser right outside our room was handy.
The rooms were advertised as having a mini-bar, but actually all had a small empty fridge, with a sign on some saying it had been left empty 'for your convenience'. Maybe I'm being picky, but I don't see how it can be a mini-bar if it doesn't contain anything. It should be changed to 'mini-fridge' in the description.
wedding room brilliant, staff waiting on excellent friendly and efficient. overall a nice venue with beautiful views over the river. could not find fault.
