The bed was the best
There wasn't anything I didn't like.
The room was clean and comfortable
Modern design Pleasant staff Prompt check in
Noisy party in foyer at 4am! Shower Cracked mirror in room
Lights in the room not bright enough.
Beds were so comphy, nice sophisticated atmosphere, friendly staff, pleasant staff, was abit noisy at around 2am, however it was a Saturday night what can you expect. Very posh and lovely!! Extremely clean! Had a lovely night :)
The location, it said it was in the liverpool city centre when it was in moor fields and it was about a ten minute walk from the station with heavy bags and the toilet stank before we got in there!!!
Staff amazing, breakfast amazing and rooms spotless
Whirlpool is not heated
The welcome of reception staff. Huge comfortable bed with a view of the river.
The pool area and leisure changing facilities were looking shabby compared to my previous stay. Sad to see.
Unable to open a window to get any fresh air in to the room
The bed was comfy and staff where plesent
£25 for parking on top of a £95 standard room.... Rediculous!
The interior was amazing
Accepted that arriving at 11.30am for breakfast not to expect anything spectacular but pink bacon, soggy scrambled eggs no juice for £10 per meal is taking the mickey. Didn't want a large meal same evening so ordered nachos and ribs at the bar absolutely disgusting and we should of said something but went to buy sandwiches in tescos instead. microwaved grey meat yuk
Guaranteed basic standard. staff were friendly enough.
Mould on the bathroom tiles. Bedroom cabinet broken. not sure on this occasion whether this room provided value for money.
As always at Radisson hotels the staff were friendly. The atrium is impressive. The room was spacious and comfortable.
At breakfast it was very hard to find staff to take an order for coffee or extras. The business class room was supposed to come with towelling robes but we had to phone reception to get some sent up. Coffee and milk supplies for the Nespresso machine needed to be replaced.
I liked the location of the hotel, being fairly close to Liverpool One. The late check out (12 noon) was great, as was the breakfast (also available until noon).
The bed was not firm enough for my liking. The pool area was lovely, but the sauna and the spa jets didn't work, which spoiled it some what.
Great service , great food , great location, a great welcome and great vfm, what more could you want.?
The New Year's Eve food was very poor in taste ,and not very warm for £65 per head not good upgraded to a top room on £260 a night but was was not worth more than £ 100 ,mould in the bathroom ,two off us and only one robe £25 to park your a night ,total rip off breakfast was a total disaster with burnt sausages and no eggs or hash browns Was glad to leave ,was waiting for reception to ask when I paid my £ 473 for a one night stay how's was everything or did you enjoy your stay but she never bothered ,so just left it at that
All food at this hotel wasn't to a good standard, breakfast was a disaster.
Staff were very helpful. Location was great.
The room was a little hot, and the thermostat was not intuitive.
Great staff, great location, fab breakfast. Can't fault this hotel and its staff who are just so welcoming ..!
Nothing not to like!
Generally everything was good. Clean, comfortable and good service
The breakfast could have been and should have been better. As with most buffet style the food was barely more than warm and the restaurant was a bit like a Macdonalds, but you can't have everything - not at that price.
Lovely hotel, great location
Bar food was expensive for what you got. Food was nice but seriously overpriced
Really helpful staff, everyone was really polite. Great location, a stroll to shops and docks. Godd views....good value
If there is a party, the design of building funnels the noise up to other floors
Comfy bed, lovely bathroom
Noisy air conditioning
Definitely the best part about this trip was breakfast. Really good selection and tasted great as well. We got breakfast included in the price which made our stay better value. Room was a good size and we had a view of the Mersey. Nice big bed.
I would stay here again if the price was right but I do think you are paying a lot for a hotel which is a little dated in parts. There is nothing hugely wrong with it maybe then it is a bit of a walk from the centre but I do feel I've stayed in other hotels for the same price which have been better.
The staff prior and after arrival were excellent. The staff at the spa were brilliant. The hotel was excellent. The room was superb, very clean and furnished to a good taste. An incredible view from the room window over Liverpool docks. Even the blackout curtains were a bonus. It was just an all round decent stay.
There was a Christmas party (as expected to be honest) but it was a bit noisy, all night long. The walls in the hotel corridor were grey, in the entire tower block... it was slightly daunting and off putting at first glance. The mini fridge available had a slightly sickening 'egg like' smile.
amazingly comfy beds and pillows
air con was poor which caused headaches and left us all feeling rough the next day when reported to reception one member of staff shrugged and said they were having problems. When maintainence checked it they reported it as fully working. Poor result as it was still not working well 0/10 air con
