Reception - miked up our case we did not realise until we where in manchester and also tryied to give us a double room when we had booked a twin one

My child and her friend loved the pool. The food in the restaurant was good and the rooms were spacious and modern and very relaxing.

Decent room, comfortable bed. Pity it was so noisy it was impossible to get a decent sleep!

Toilet did not flush well. Reported this to reception but nothing was done about it. Sleep badly disrupted by constant noises, shouting, screaming etc., right through until about 5am. It is the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel. I mentioned it on check out when asked if I enjoyed my stay - and was advised to book a room on a higher floor next time! Sorry Radisson Blu Liverpool but there won't be a next time...

Lack of leisure facilities as this was the reason I chose this hotel.

The room and the cleaning staff were wonderful, very satisfied with returning to a freshly cleaned hotel room with fresh towels and newly stocked shampoo and soap. Also the breakfast buffet was great

The room was booked via booking.com, which said the room offered extra amenities, such as daily newspaper, tea and coffee, bathrobe and slippers. This we didn't get, was told that this was a mistake from booking.com

I was not informed when booking about a week ago that the leisure centre was closed. If I had known I would not have stayed there

bit noisy at night. could hear the people in the room next to us talking all night

gym was old, pool was closed was not notified by email tried to get a discount for parking as comp?

Decor a bit grey and prison like Despite repeated requests regarding the heat in the room and poor air con no one came to assist !

We arrived at 10:30 am and although we were not ment to be able to check in untill 3 our room was ready, the staff were extremely helpful to any of our needs and requests, they also allowed us to check out at 3pm instead of 12

We stayed in a business class room and thought the newspaper was complimentary but when checking out we were charged for it

The hotel was well positioned, the staff friendly & rooms good.

The Health Club was bit shabby & needed work. I did ring to ask about parking but nobody picked up the phone.

Modern, clean and uncluttered

The staff were fiendly and attentive. The beds had to be the most comfortable I have ever slept in during a city break. Food delicious.

The turning to the front of the hotel is easy to miss leading to a one way system in Liverpool. A complete nightmare if you're not familiar with the city.
