The room was lovely, the balcony a bonus. The breakfast buffet was the best we had while in London. Though more Danishes please :) The location was perfect. It was a pleasant stay indeed. We couldn't get a reasonable enough deal for Monday and Tuesday, otherwise we would have stayed there twice during our trip. We were there on a Friday and wanted to book two more nights but the price fluctuation was a little to much for us. It was 100 pounds more a night. |

Not a lot. The rooms were too small, air conditioning did not work. Very poor value for money compared to other hotels we have stayed in London. |

nice location, polite staff, good breakfast, nice clean room. I upgraded at the last minute before I checked in - after reading comments on room size on this site. Glad I did because the upgraded room was quite small..so the regular rooms might have been a lot smaller. |
