I liked the room and the ease of checking out, didn't really have time, unfortunately, to take advantage of the other facilities. The information about how to get into the free wifi was buried in the service information folder, and it took a while to work out what to do. would bereally good for this to be a bit clearer, as a lot of business people use the hotel. |

Staff generally very helpful and attentive. Room comfortable and with good in-room facilities. Told on arrival that, as booked executive room, room service breakfast available with only tray charge. Room service staff on the day unaware of this and told us we would be charged full price for breakfast. Resolved at bill stage, but left us feeling uncertain. |

The staff were all very courteous and helpful. It was my 60th birthday and I found a bottle of wine and chocolates in our room on our return from dinner. Very touching. When we neede a room at the last minute for our daughter the staff made every effort to find one. We only stayed here as our usual hotel could not accomodate us for both nights but would definately return here if needed an hotel in London. |

Good staff;excxellent room service The reception made a mistake and took the payment twice - which then had to be refunded causing me phone calls etcThey were quick to acknowledge their error - so not a big deal. |

Central location and lovely helpful reception staff. The price for the breakfast buffet is outrageous - we went elsewhere for ours. I also was not pleased to find the television on when we got to our room, a dreadful waste of energy and I do not find it "welcoming". |

It was in Central London - location therefore excellent. Room comfortable and quiet. Hotel facilities were good. Yes, we were given a room with one single bed when 2 of us were booked in. It then took another hour to be allocated a double room. This I thought was unacceptable and very inconvenient. |

The location suited my requirments The Hotel advertises a sauna as one of it's facilities and this was one of the reasons I booked. It is only available during the day because, to cut costs, they have contracted the running of the gym out! I complained and asked for a rate reduction but I was offered two free drinks or a breakfast. You have to wait a long time for lift because there is only two. My room had black mould in the corners of the bath. Not good, you can get a lot better value in London than this. |
