Vše bylo v pořádku až na obsluhu restarace přišli jsme unavený po cestě šli jsme na jídlo a teprve po hodině nam přinesli předkrm a po celou dobu si nás personál nevšímal servirka si raději povidala na baru.Nakonec situaci uklidnil Nějaký manažer ale přesto strašný nato že hotel má čtyři hvězdy. |

I stayed at your hotel as its location to central london. I came or medical and everything around me was convenient. I have stayed at othere Radission and I was a little lost without internet access. I could not acess te internet in my room on my mobile. I think you should have room whereby guests can use the internet for free.otherwise my short stay was pleasant and cmfortable.Thank you. |

Very convinient location, close to the shops and the parks. Friendly staff Relatively small room for the price and compared to other Radisson hotels, and a bit old fashioned. Breakfast: it almost appeared if the eggs where cooked the night before, not fresh at all. Opening hours of massage and gym only till 3pm in the weekend. |

The Location was perfect for what we needed to do over the weekend The fact that it stated that there were two queen sized beds in twin rooms and there were not. The additional cost of 80 gbp for a camp bed. Water ordered o the room never arrived, the camp bed was still not in the room at 1:00 am and the room was never cleaned and the iorn was filthy and ruined my whiote dress |

All the staffs were very much attentive and pleasant. Specialy the staff from the concierge are always knowlegable to where they can direct you to a better place to eat and have fun. |

Comf. beds, nice staff. Clean and fresh The Film.menu was poor. Wine-bottle in minibar too big and too expencive. No red-wine. No outlet working for 220W |

Staff were excellent and responsive to all requests, room was fantastic and to be given upgrade on arrival a pleasent suprise. Please have the bar open later as room service does not allow for entertaining business guests |

Great location for Oxford Street shopping, city tours and Hyde Park. Breakfast/Dinner was expensive and poor value. Service was extremely slow. Elevator didn't work most of the time leaving my pregnant wife and I needing to walk to 3 flights of stairs.....the first of which was OK, after that, its a shoddy concrete stairway. |

the staff at the front desk was very friendly. the room was very small. there was a damp smell in the bathroom. the gym was open until 09.00 pm only and the sauna was available on opposite days (!?) |
