zimmer waren ok ... gefrühstückt haben wir nur einmal war ganz o.k aber ziemlich teuer

nicht überragend aber für uns hat es gereicht wir waren eh kaum im hotel

Die Lage

Frühstück ist sehr teuer

Ich (weiblich) verreiste mit meiner Schwester und wir wollten ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten. In der Buchung wurde ein Fehler gemacht und ich wurde als Mann geführt; das Hotel hatte uns ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett zugeteilt. Da ich allerdings eindeutig als frau gebucht hatte und auch bei den Extras angemerkt hatte, dass wir zwei Betten wünschen, hat uns die Dame an der Rezeption dann kostenlos upgraded.

Dass ich erst eine Weile verhandeln mußte, bis wir ohne Mehrkosten ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten bekamen. Eigentlich sollte das selbstverständlich sein, dass mein ein Zimmer mit 2 Betten bekommt, wenn man es in der Buchung anführt!

Freundliches gutes Personal, schönes Zimmer, guter Service

Sauberkeit der Zimmer war für dieses Preis mangelhaft, bei der Ankunft lagen immernoch Petflaschen unter dem Bett und der Boden war schon länger nicht mehr gesaugt worden.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed

The room is small and so noisy. Some of staff have to take class of how to deal with tourist.

The hotels location was good for me

The room was small even though i had been upgraded, and the room service was very slow.

All the staffs were very much attentive and pleasant. Specialy the staff from the concierge are always knowlegable to where they can direct you to a better place to eat and have fun.

Staff were excellent and responsive to all requests, room was fantastic and to be given upgrade on arrival a pleasent suprise.

Please have the bar open later as room service does not allow for entertaining business guests

Great location for Oxford Street shopping, city tours and Hyde Park.

Breakfast/Dinner was expensive and poor value. Service was extremely slow. Elevator didn't work most of the time leaving my pregnant wife and I needing to walk to 3 flights of stairs.....the first of which was OK, after that, its a shoddy concrete stairway.

the staff at the front desk was very friendly.

the room was very small. there was a damp smell in the bathroom. the gym was open until 09.00 pm only and the sauna was available on opposite days (!?)

We were very pleased with the hotel it was in a perfect position to visit all londons attractions the staff were really helpfull and we will be back next year for another weekend break
