The clean of the room.
The behaviour of some of your staff.During the breakfast time.
Staff were very helpful, beds were very comfortable and the location was perfect for getting all over London for sightseeing and events. Even though our visit was a premature birthday treat for my husband, he was still treated to a complimentary cake and champagne! Very thoughtful. Thank you.
There was one day when our room didn't get cleaned and we completely ran out of loo paper!!! But they were very busy and it was soon rectified.
Location, quality of service, clean, food is good, staff are friendly
Very good location in Central London Free and working wifi Good Breakfast offer Friendly front office assistant Daniela Lehner who managed to win me back as a guest
You cannot take the lift to 11th floor, you need to walk up the stairs with your suitcase Worn down furniture Not properly working A/C, which was fixed immediately
This Blu is in a good location; not far from plenty of small shops and restaurants and a quick taxi to just about anywhere. They have a nice gym, good breakfast options, and a friendly and helpful staff.
The gym had limited hours where it was open. You could ask the concierge to open it for you (prior to 9am), but you couldn't simply get in with a room key as most places allow. That was a small annoyance. The real issue we had with this hotel was the lack of cleanliness. When I wiped down the gym equipment, the cloth came away grey. Nobody was cleaning in there. And the room was just a bad - hair in the bathtub when we arrived and coffee cups stuck to saucers with splats of old coffee still on them. The non-smoking floors smelled of stale smoke.
Located just off Oxford street, very central; friendly staff; clean
Although 'upgraded' to business class, the window was frosted, so there was no view out and didn't close properly .
Staff very helpfull and welcoming
Matresses not very comfortable in busness room 7th floor
Wel coming staff very helpful
Matress only not very comfortable
Bad services and small rooms we booked business rooms but nothing was working hair dryer pay tv or no extra pillows no covers
Very small room and old furneture.
Room compact but fine. Good access to car park which we needed on this occasion.
Breakfast a bit chaotic.
The staff were very friendly and as it was our wedding night we were upgraded and were given a bottle of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Nice central location. Thank you Radisson Blu for a memorable stay x
That we could not use the balcony.
The lockation is excellent
The room very small , the cleanness was very poor.
Quick, efficient check in, comfy room, comfy bed. Lovely choice for breakfast
Couldn't get logged onto the Wii fi
The staff was pleasant and very service minded.
We felt uneasy and very uncomfortable during our stay, and did not use any of the hotels facilities like the restaurant, the bar or the lobby area. Most of the seats in the lobby area was occupied by families, and 95% of the women wore a chador/niqaab. We asked in the reception if there was a special occasion or holiday, but the answer was no. Let me point out that I am not a racist! I have travelled the world, have muslim friends, and my family lived in Saudi Arabia for many years.
Location was great the concierge was spot on what a nice chap , he recommended a great restaurant and booked it for us , Mash worth every penny and the barman made us excellent cocktails too . Regards Lee from Peterborough .
Good location courteous staff nice breakfast
E very th
Very good location and excellent staff
a bit expensive..and breakfast is not included
I was in room 961 which was a business class room and there was a lot a banging and thumping during the night. It appeared to be from upstairs although I was jot sure. It was not enough to warrant a complaint but was annoying.
Location great for shops , theatre, restaurants and parks all in walking distance.
Had to moved to a different room as two rooms across from us were for smoking, smell of stale smoke awful. Staff very good re: move.
staff very good
