The location suited my requirments The Hotel advertises a sauna as one of it's facilities and this was one of the reasons I booked. It is only available during the day because, to cut costs, they have contracted the running of the gym out! I complained and asked for a rate reduction but I was offered two free drinks or a breakfast. You have to wait a long time for lift because there is only two. My room had black mould in the corners of the bath. Not good, you can get a lot better value in London than this. |

My accomodation in Your hotel was excellent, the staff and cleanless were very good also and the athmosfere and the position of Your hotel is out of question - excellent. Sorry, I don't like to complaine, but it happened that reception desk (in despite that I mentioned it to be carefull) charged my credit-card twice! All others without any mistake. |

I enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to shopping and bus access. Security to rooms was good. Ambiance in lobby was nice. Shower in washroom had good water pressure/hot water. Good WiFi reception in room. Service in the restaurant during dinner was poor. Food was missing from orders, and steaks were luke warm/cool to the touch. One evening we sat in the lobby for over an hour and never received cocktail/food service. |

Ideal location for shopping. I had stayed at the hotel before and the lobby always had a really nice, cool, designer atmosphere. This time, at any time when I left the hotel or returned to the hotel, large groups with many kids were sitting around in the lobby, the kids running along the foyer, at the whole appearance was rather that of a train station or school excursion, which I thought was a little bit disappointing, although I know that this is not the fault of the hotel. |

it was our pearl wedding anniversary and although we hoped to be upgraded as we had our daughters wedding at the dublin radisson last year we were sent up a bottle of wine which was nice found the bar staff at night a bit wary as i was asked if i was staying at the hotel and dont think they believed me for some reason and i found it a bit uncomfortable |

The hotel room was lovely, the staff were friendly and other than the room service we were very pleased with the hotel in general. We were extremely disappointed with the room service. We ordered breakfast in our room and was surprised by the quality of the food, the eggs had obviously been boiled at least an hour previous, the tea was extremely week and the selection of fruit consisted of two bananas. Considering this cost over £40 we would have expected to at least receive a nice pot of tea. We would recommend the hotel but advise anyone to eat out. |

Excellent location. Clean. Unfriendly staff. I was asked for a pre auth on my credit card when checking in which is normal everywhere, but then I was asked for an extra £50 per day on top, "just in case" I happend to use anything or order room service. When I queried this I was told I didn't have to leave a deposit up front but then I couldn't charge anything to my room or use room service. What a cheek. I don't pay for my meal before I eat it in a restaurant, why should I be expected to at a 4 star hotel? I have stayed in 12 hotels this year and this room was by far the smallest. On checking out member of staff barely said two words to me. |

The bed, bathroom, and entire hotel room were immaculately clean, which I much appreciated. I loved the bed -- wonderfully comfortable. I slept well. The reception staff were friendly. The windows in the room overlooking the balcony had a thick film on them so it was not really possible to have a clear view of the city. |

Its proximity to a multitude of very large stores and also the more exclusive fashion outlets. The location of the ncp car park underneath the hotel and its direct link to the hotel is ideal. My wife and I found the reception area, lounge and bar to be too cold to relax and enjoy the experience of just sitting and chatting. |

The hotel is in a very excellent location for shopping to Oxford Street & Regent Street, for having dinner in good restaurant, to travel by bus or metro in London, is near to Hyde Park for a walk and coffee. Yes, I didn't like the inside of your rooms. |

The hotel location is ideal. Breakfast was great. Some extra space in the room to unpack our clothes. There were only 6 hungers in a wardrobe. No place to keep underwear, shirts, etc. we had to keep them on the chairs and tables of the room. |
