To be honest we were very disappointed with the rooms! They are very outdated and there was no space to move! Thought Radisson would have better standards than that!

The opportunity to stay in the middle of London in a nice area without being robbed on the price. A hotel I already have, and will continue to, recommend. I was upgraded when arriving, though not with breakfast. This should have been commented.

Location., Location, location and this was really important for us as I was travelling with my 90 year old mother and almost blind husband. The staff is helpful and the atmosphere is relaxed. For a small fee, we were able to upgrade our rooms to junior suites. Unfortunately the rooms were very cold. We had the airconditioning set ast 30 degreees, however, the rooms never got warm and cosy. The hotel could propably do with some refubishment. What did surpise us was the cost of nuts, crisps and sandwishes in the lobby, and the very long ques for breakfast. The latter made us walk to nearby coffeeshops, of which there are plenty, rather that waiting in a line that did not really move.

Brilliant location for walking to Oxford Street, Knightsbridge, Mayfair. We had been upgraded to a superior room when we arrived which was great - the room was fine and had good air conditioning. Staff were excellent, and hotel allowed us to check in early (around 11am) and check out late (2pm). Nicely quiet at night in spite of central location. The bathroom was disappointing relative to the price/hotel grade. It was clean but dated, chipped bath, poor shower, shower curtain etc. It was our only quibble and not a big one - would still recommend hotel.

The room was good value as we were upgraded to the executive club room. There were old clothes left on the roof of the ground floor which we overlooked from the third floor. There were hairs around the plug from previous guests in the bathroom sink which I found extremely disgusting The lobby/lounge area was very dingy and looked way below par for this type of hotel

The Radisson Blue was excellently located approx 5 mins walk from Oxford Street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall our experience was a positive one and we would stay again. We did feel under some pressure to upgrade and purchase breakfast and were given a double rather than a twin even though we waited to check in to obtain a twin which is what we booked initially. My daughter was thankfully fine about sharing with her mum....... We felt that the menu was a little lack lustre and the noise from the road was quite bad early hours.

Very reasonable price for being basically in the center of London. I was on the 11th floor and since I had nobody on top, it was very quiet.

Overall the hotel is good for service, fair value at times, better than most hotels in its class. I would love to see service levels equal to the Radisson Blu in Birmingham. Should alterations be made to some of its rooms, please have a walk in shower, as the bath is redundant for many guests. Please improve the lighting level in the room. I have stayed twice at this hotel and prefer it to most hotels that I stayed in whilst in London.

My shower in room was faulty, I was given up-grade without dispute. My safe in up graded room required de-coding .maintenance failed to attend to same during day while I was out but a further reminder on my return that evening rendered immediate attention. The reception staff attempted to aid me in a cancelation of another hotel booked for 1 night stay elsewhere. Hotel in question refused to refund me any monies.Your staff attempted to make up my financial loss by continuing my room up-grade and including breakfast in price.Breakfast menu was 1st class! On day of departure the concierge down-loaded and printed my boarding pass for my homeward flight. The staff are superb! My schedule did not allow me opportunity to avail of Spa facilities.Maybe next time! Booked 1 night, stayed 2. Ann.

Free wifi; comfortable bed; fairly central location less than five minutes' walk from Marble Arch. Cramped room; no shelves for clothes; kettle can not be plugged in where it is, you have to move it to the desk. Minor niggles but: could be better.

The room was excellent facilities very good - we had to wait for breakfast but they were moving the residents fairly quickly. Check out was good and we could leave our luggage until we returned later to catch our train. Staff were very courteous and friendly. A very enjoyable stay!

The hotel is well situated for shopping on Oxford Street and for getting around with bus and tube to many different areas of London. Breakfast was great. Room was very nice. Free wifi and internet very much appreciated and actually part of my search criteria. Hotel is very nicely situated by a square that was nicely illuminated for Christmas. Had dinner in the restaurant, great service, but both dishes were not quite up to standard, too salty, but I think I was unlucky. Other guests appeared very happy.

“Perfect location for shopping and sightseeing. Room was very pleasant at 8th floor, calm and light. Comfortable beds, clean floor carpet and good space. Nice, clean bathroom. Elegant reception area with sofa groups. Enjoyed the breakfast and a good dinner meal at the hotel in the evenings. All hotel staff members we met were professional and very friendly. Thistle Marble Arch a natural choice next time visiting London. ” Liv, Hommersåk |
