Agradable lobby, tranquilo y limpio en general. Poco servicio para check in/out, la comida del restaurante informal es bastante mala y no está en consonancia con la categoría del hotel. Falta supervisión del servicio de habitaciones, en la mía no había abridor de botellas. |

The room was lovely, the balcony a bonus. The breakfast buffet was the best we had while in London. Though more Danishes please :) The location was perfect. It was a pleasant stay indeed. We couldn't get a reasonable enough deal for Monday and Tuesday, otherwise we would have stayed there twice during our trip. We were there on a Friday and wanted to book two more nights but the price fluctuation was a little to much for us. It was 100 pounds more a night. |
