Good value and good service.
Chap on reception on arrival was accommodating and efficient.
Lady with a poor attitude on check out.
The location was nice.
Room size, room serviece, the wifi in the rooms was weak !
Excellent friendly staff with great spacious room ( junior suite) Excellent late check out option
Slow access to breakfast buffet during the busy time in the morning
Enormous noise level after midnight in the rooms due to ongoing party at basement level. on top of the noise things were trembling in resonance making it impossible to sleep. When asked to intervene, personnel irresposive.
its near every thing
the rooms was cold
Room chilly and I couldn't get it warm, bed hard, duvet too thin. Check-in fussy, security in elevator very tiresome. The Radisson Blu in Addis Ababa is better than this one.
cold room, the location, room wasn t ready
location breakfast comfortable room shower
room was tiny - expected more for money quite impersonal - staff couldn't care less
The staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant and after a wonderful meal found out that the menu had just been changed 3 days before. Very impressed, had a very pleasant stay.
A very good location to most of London's attractions. Staff are very courteous and helpful.
Location, staff support
Was offered a very small room at 11th floor, quite shabby and definitely not superior as was booked. Staff was supportive and relocating immediately to the better / proper room upon request. All other claims were met. So, I felt comfortable at the end. Thank you.
The hospitality was brilliant considering problems with rooms, the staff were all very polite and had excellent customer service with each of them going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that myself and my girlfriend were as comfortable as we could be. The bed (even if it was a single) was comfy for both of us. We did have the option of another bed which we took but never used! Breakfast was absolutely amazing, brilliantly cooked and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel overall is amazing, I would recommend to anyone and would 100% stay again!
Room access took 4 replacements of cards. Breakfast queuing time was quite long
Good hotel close to Oxford street
Breakfast éventuelle un the lobby
Too small bedroom ... Air conditionner So bad. It was freezing
The staff were amazing. Location is amazing just round the corner from Oxford Street. We had a fabulous stay and we will be going back to stay again.
The entrance to the hotel is lovely and our check-in person was very helpful. The rooms were pretty decent and the breakfast was AMAZING. Wish I could have that choice of food every morning.
There was a lack of instructions generally e.g how use the lift (needs a key card), how to alter room temperature. Worst were the staff doing the food and room service during the day. They were very friendly but didn't seem to have clue what they were doing, despite there being five of them milling around the bar area. We had three lots of 'room service' arrive for the same request of more milk and an earl grey tea bag (no EGT in the room and none arrived, although many other things did in error). Also food took over half an hour to arrive in the restaurant at a very quiet time and was sent back as it was cold. Get this sorted and the place would be excellent.
Location Breakfast if you beat the rush
Room 712 patio door does not lock shut, not safe at all with a toddler in the room!! Mould in bathroom in room 710
Good location, cooperative & friendly staff, good service.
Only one bad memory, when we requested for additional sugar sachets we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to receive the same.
The room was nice and spacious.
Breakfast experience was terrible. There was a long queue and we were guided to a table which hasn't been cleaned and then a staff started setting table without wiping the table in front of us. I understand it was the busiest time but we expect better quality of service even busy time. It was like a school canteen chaos. If hotel accommodate enough space, you could allocate 1h slot when customer checking in to manage the number of customers.
Breakfast was very good indeed. Our executive sized room was spacious with a good view over the city at the back of the hotel. Very peaceful night's sleep and comfortable beds. Lovely Nespresso coffee maker in the bedroom, which made super coffee. Helpful reception staff, who looked after our luggage at both ends of our stay. Superior lounges too.
We still feel that approximately £250 for a night's stay is expensive when compared to similar hotels in other cities in Europe. Not long ago, we could find this kind of London hotel for about a hundred less. All the hotels we looked at in London were about the same price. Who has pushed them so high?
