Ho apprezzato la gentilezza dello staff e la prontezza nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze, la vicinanza a Oxford street e alla metropolitana e fermate degli autobus, la comodità del letto e dei cuscini Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un'ora per avere una delle due stanze perchè non era pronta, siamo arrivati alle 14.50 e abbiamo avuto la stanza alle 16, il terzo letto (extra bed) è scomodissimo, la colazione in albergo è carissima per cui bisogna organizzarsi fuori. |

Deprecabile l'abitudine inglese peraltro comune a tutti gli hotel di quel pasese di congelare un importo ulteriore sulla carta di credito a garanzia di pagamento di spese accessorie. |

La posizione centrale in città, proprio a 200 metri da Selfridges su Oxford street. Non ho assoltamente trovato confortevole il soggiorno presso questo hotel. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è equilibrato, il confort delle camere non adeguato ad un hotel a 4 stelle della catena Radisson Sas, con l'aria condizionata che non riscaldava, il bagno gelido e poco bagnoschiuma per lavarsi; la camera è stata pulita alle ore 18:00 mentre noi eravamo in stanza e lo staff dell' hotel... |

La posizione, wi-fi gratuito nelle camere Camera piccola e un pò antiquata. Al check-in mi sono state trattenute 50 £ sterline al giorno oltre al prezzo della camera come copertura per eventuali extra: mi sembra decisamente troppo. |

The Location was perfect for what we needed to do over the weekend The fact that it stated that there were two queen sized beds in twin rooms and there were not. The additional cost of 80 gbp for a camp bed. Water ordered o the room never arrived, the camp bed was still not in the room at 1:00 am and the room was never cleaned and the iorn was filthy and ruined my whiote dress |

All the staffs were very much attentive and pleasant. Specialy the staff from the concierge are always knowlegable to where they can direct you to a better place to eat and have fun. |

Comf. beds, nice staff. Clean and fresh The Film.menu was poor. Wine-bottle in minibar too big and too expencive. No red-wine. No outlet working for 220W |

Staff were excellent and responsive to all requests, room was fantastic and to be given upgrade on arrival a pleasent suprise. Please have the bar open later as room service does not allow for entertaining business guests |

Great location for Oxford Street shopping, city tours and Hyde Park. Breakfast/Dinner was expensive and poor value. Service was extremely slow. Elevator didn't work most of the time leaving my pregnant wife and I needing to walk to 3 flights of stairs.....the first of which was OK, after that, its a shoddy concrete stairway. |

the staff at the front desk was very friendly. the room was very small. there was a damp smell in the bathroom. the gym was open until 09.00 pm only and the sauna was available on opposite days (!?) |

Location to the city centre and ease of getting there via the tube from Heathrow. Didn't speak to many staff but they all seemed nice. |
