The helpfulness of the staff. The card system to use the 'lifts'. Lack of electrical sockets at waist height ( in order to plug in an appliance at 72 years I had to go on my knees, under the desk to find a socket. The plug in the bathroom needed much 'jiggling' to open / close. |

very pleasant stay& baggage room staff and in fact all staff were very helpful......check in time was incovenient as i arrived on an early morning 12hr flight. no...other than check -in time |

They brought me a complimentary bottle of wine to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the alarm going off repeatedly. The alarm went off in my room five times repeatedly for a period of around 2 hours. |

Location, shampoo and soap were very good. It was not as I expected for the value of money of the room, the furniture was old, arms of sofa were dirty, the portraits were hanged in a horrible taste. On first night after I took shower and wanted to blow dry my hair I discovered that the hair dryer was broken, at one oclock in the morning I slept with a wet hair. Also I was over charged by more than £250 but after a few tele calls that I did after leaving the hotel, the mistake was corrected. |
