The facilities were perfect -abundant hot water - huge double bed, the room had everything to make the stay comfortable. Rooms and bathrooms were larger then in any other hotel giving feeling of luxury rather than being squeezed in to fit in as many rooms as possible. Quiet, couldn't hear next room or aircraft. The staff could not have been more helpful and polite - all in all a perfect stay for us, and brilliant that we could walk to the airport. I'm about to book for my grandaughters holiday with us in Italy for the night before their flight - much easier with two babies.

The Reception staff at check in were very efficent. My room was very quiet, very clean and had everything I needed. The Hotel is very, very convenient for the Airport. My room was too hot but I found the air conditioning too noisy when I wanted to sleep.

The location was excellent - right next to the airport within walking distance or having to pay shuttle bus fares. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean - we had a lovely overnight stay after our foreign holiday. Great view of the runway/planes! Offered many choices on our arrival as to where we wanted to stay. The only problem was the fact we can't stay more often as usually it is out of our price range but there was nothing we didn't like when we stayed.

Airport location - was en route from Las Palmas to Stockholm, and had to stay overnight. Free internet connection. At first, when I tried to log on to the internet, I got the message "no guest in this room". Also, the minibar did not open when I tried. Both these shortcomings were promptly rectified after a phone call to reception, but gave an amateurish impression. Also, in principle, I hate those minibars, where you're forced to buy an item as soon as you touch it Otherwise completely OK.

So close to the airport. Very efficient service. Rooms are well equipped - for example hair dryer that's not attached to the wall in the bathroom, ironing board, plenty of space to put luggage/clothes. It was fine, but I was disappointed by the room service menu which has been "simplified" since my last stay and by the lack of variety for those who don't eat meat. With a small child its simply easier to have room service than to go to one of the restaurants for dinner. Even though the main reason for staying at the Radisson was convenience of location and the fact that its so easy to be there (rooms very are well set-up and comfortable), I was looking forward to a dinner and glass of wine equivalent to my previous experience and was disappointed by what I found.

From the minute one comes in the door with Danish design chairs on your right and the wine tower in the middle, you feel among the exclusive few ! Exclusive at the Raddison is not something to do with extravagance but simply design at its best ....... that may feel extravagant !!

The staff were very friendly & helpful: in particular the lady/manager at the breakfast counter was exceptionally good at her job: greeted everyone with a big smile & ensured I had everything I needed. Nothing was too much to ask. Location was perfect as I had an early morning flight & bedroom cosy. Not very much: it as perfect hotel for the price & fitted the purpose. If anything could be added perhaps the pool is too small & a jacuzzi could be were the little paddling pool is to cover for 'spa' title.

Room was nice and quite large, as was the bathroom. Comfortable bed and large built-in wardrobe with trousers press and ironing facilities. Room was absolutely sound proof, you wouldn't know you're next to an airport. Quite happy overall and I would definitely stay at this hotel again, so handy if you have an early flight or if you arrive with a late one. Pillows very uncomfortable and cushion shaped, small and square. Minibar door wouldn't open Toilet wasn't very clean, fortunately I had my disinfectant wipes. The rest of the bathroom was clean. Disappointing offer of toiletries, considering it is a Radisson. I've seen smaller and cheaper hotels offering a larger variety of toiletries, this was just basic.

Check-in open 24 hrs and entrance is impressive and well designed. Staff were helpful and efficient. New York Grill restaurant still open and serving, when we arrived. The food was good and reasonably priced. Excellent room and facilities.The best feature was that you could walk to the hotel from the airport/train station under cover.

Needed to be close to airport for early morning flight. Met all my expectations, was very comfortable and relaxing, just what I needed after hectic weekend in London. A big hotel could have been rather impersonal but staff were friendly and welcoming. I would stay there again under similar circumstances and recommend friends and family to do same, took a lot of the hassle out of the trip.
