We liked the proximity of this hotel to the airport along with the aility to park your car whilst out of the country The cost of the food it would nice to have a slightly cheaper alternative |

Staff welcome, friendliness and helpfulness. Choice of restaurants. Excellent breakfast arrangements. Lack of desk lighting for handwiriting. Difficulty of getting into and out of the shower for those afflicted with minor disabilities. Requested newspaper not provided. |

We stayed mainly because of the early hour of our flight the following morning but found the experience very relaxing and we also enjoyed a delicious meal in the New York Grill Bar. The electricity only comes on if you insert your "key card" into a slot - we were not told about this and found it a bit confusing - had to phone reception to find out what was wrong! |

We arrived in Stanstead Airport at 11pm and made a connecting flight at 6am the following morning. Because of the location and our tight time schedule we did not have to allow any time for shuttle connections to and from hotel to airport. Relaxing bar and comfortable and well decorated hotel room. |

Very close to Stansted airport and perfect for when you need to overnight to catch a flight next morning and can't be bothered with going into London. Better value than London city hotels in same price range. Rundown fittings in room with broken lamps and outlets in the rather overdecorated "ocean-themed" room. REstaurant staff uninterested and after an hours wait for a table in the bar, we went back to the airport to buy some food. Said that, It was low season and just two of the restaurants open. It may be better to book a table before arriving, and choose what you want from the menues on the website. |
