Efficient service for business traveller in a hurry

No breakfast available before very early departing flights

I am researcher and go to London to participate in research activities. For the time being I fly Ryaniar as they have the best and fastest connection between my home and London. I very much appreciate being able to book accommodation at the Radisson Blu Standsted though the Ryanair home page and get such a great price. It certainly makes Ryanair flights and the very early flights much more tolerable.

I like the location close to the Terminal Building, very convenient for 4 am checking. The hotel has a very nice interior design of the room, very modern and chic.

This was my third stay in this hotel but on this acassion my room no . 1131 which was located in the second wing of the building nearer to the residents car park. I had a very noisy extractor fan in the bathroom which you could hear even with the bathroom door firmly closed. It was so bad that I asked for someone to come and check. I was convinced that there is something wron with it. A very pleasant maintanence man came but he said that this building does experience more noise from the extractor fan than the building located close to Hertz car hire. It is something which cannot be altered.I have to say that this noise has spoiled my stay for one night only in this hotel. I had to put a cotton wool in my ears in order to be able to sleep. I stayed in many hotels world wide and I find this extractor noice unacceptable, particularly when paying over £100 for one night. I will not use this hotel in future unless I have a guarantee of a quiet room.

Perfect location, just 2 min walking from Stansted Airport. Nice, clean room

I don't like the fact that in a 4* hotel I have to pay extra the breakfast And also the fact that I ve been charged an extra amount as guarantee and 4 days after my check out I haven't taken it back yet.

Convenient for overnight stays when there are very early morning flights or arriving late.

Found the food a little expensive in angels and had to wait over 30 mins for our food to arrive. Once pointed out about the delay the staff resolved and assured everything else went smoothly

Fast access for rediculously early flight with Ryanair. Good food and pleasant surroundings

We found the room far too hot and the aircon was already screwed down to cold. It was so hot that neither of us could sleep

Room 2001 which should not have been released. The hotel claims 100% customer satisfaction and if we do not put things right you do not pay.Luis managed to negotiate 50% refund-told me they normally only pay 20% and told me it was difficult to give a cash refund even though I paid by cash. He also told me that it would have been easier had I paid by card as it could be reversed. Watch out if you stay at Radisson and pay by card.

Location right at the airport - no hassle with shuttle buses for an early flight. Fast check-in and out. Comfortable large room.

Excellent service. Spotless and very convenient for the airport.

The kettle was in poor condition, it didn't switch off automatically due to a broken lid. Housekeeping should have reported this. I was disappointed to find that the Raddison did not supply facilities for making real coffee in their rooms as do other hotels we use. Instant coffee was not what I expected to find in a hotel of this calibre.

Convenience to airport and trains. Can always rely on the standard of service and comfort at the Radisson Blu.

It was rather full on this occasion and consequently there was a limited choice on restaurants.
