Radisson BLU Stansted Airport

１泊だけでしたが、空港から至近で設備も整っており快適に過ごす事ができました。無料の無線/有線ブロード- バンド接続サービスがありビジネス利用としてはありがたいです。次も機会があれば利用したいと思います。

不満ではありません。空港から至近と書きましたが、徒歩数分はかかるので重たい荷物がある場合は無理せずタ- クシーを利用した方がいいかもしれません。シャトルサービスがあるかどうかは今回チェックしませんでした。-

Comfortable and clean. Good location for business and for very short stays.

Arrived late and although restaurants had a 11pm closing time they did not accomodate me at 10:40pm. So had no option to order room service which had a very limited menu.

Location at Stansted--short 3 minute walk-great for early morning flight.

Access from Airport

convinintly located (especially for early morning flights from stansted), the entry hall is quite imposing,

I like the fact that there are different styles of decor within the hotel rooms, all so far have been very tasteful and very comfortable. The bar area looks very welcoming and not at all typical of most airport hotels.

i wouldn't want to stay in a room which faces the runway again as it was quite noisy at times. I have previously stayed in one of the internal rooms overlooking the reception and bar area which was very quiet.

Very good location if you come to Stansted in night and go away early morning. This hotel is realy quiet place for good rest.

Only the wording on the room key, which is not in line with Radission's image. The wording should read "If you are injured while staying at this hotel or if your property is lost or damaged, you should notify reception before you check out. Claims are subject to the laws of the country where this hotel is situated; the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction over claims." The existing wording would confuse many guests, especially foreigners and non-lawyers. Moreover, with shifts in public policy, a court might find that language must be understandable to be legally binding.

Location

Many amenities, comfortable rooms, my sons loved watching the wine angels. It was extremely convenient and easy to be at.

Being told at 7 am on Saturday that the gym wouldn't open until 8 am.

Exceptional quality in the Reception area - all staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. My request that they consider a refund on the portion of my cost that would have been for garaging my car for a week away - (brought abouit because the airline changed its hub to Heathrow during the time I would be away, meaning that I did not after all bring my car) - was sympathetically dealt with and the refund was given. All room staff were very polite, friendly and a pleasure to talk to in the morning.

I did think that the cost of breakfast was well over the top! The bacon was over-cooked andas far as I could see there was no differential consideration for the fact that my wife only had a continental breakfast, although it did say somewhere that there would be a differential price. The cost of our two breakfasts was certainly more than it was indicated would be the case. Is this a complaint? It says I should not make a complaint here! But here it says, "What did you not like?" The ambience of the dining room was excellent and most of the food superb. So this is not a complaint, but I do think the price was excessive!

Good location adjacent to terminal with car parking.
