Хорошее месторасположение, близость к аэропорту. Хороший сервис, комфорт, уют. Нет детской площадки и игровой комнаты. |

I liked the closeness to airport and the bed was extremely comfortable. Not a dislike but I had booked a room for 1 person and there was an extra fold down bed in the room which took up all the spare space. I wondered why when the room was booked for one person, someone didn't check that and remove the extra bed. I also couldn't find any signposts to the hotel within the aiport and found it a little time consuming getting there on my arrival. |

Comfortable and clean. Good location for business and for very short stays. Arrived late and although restaurants had a 11pm closing time they did not accomodate me at 10:40pm. So had no option to order room service which had a very limited menu. |

With a total of 8 hours in the hotel, everything worked well. Carpets in the corridors badly needed cleaning |

convenience to airport The amount of time wasted on checking in and checking out.I have stayed here previously too and they never have enough staff on at reception.You always have to wait so long to check in |

The hotel is right at the Stanstd Airport and that is why we decided to stay there. But it turned out to be more than a place to sleep before getting on the plane. The facilities were very nice. The open restaurant/bar on the ground floor was nice. We also had booked a family room and it was two adjasent rooms with the doors that connected them. Which was great for privacy and still convinient for being able to check on the kids during the night. They advertised that there is comploimentary breakfast which starts early for thoe who have to catch an early flight. That was not a breakfast not even a place to sit down, all it was was coffee and tea pots and plastic cups. |

Modern hotel right next to Standsted Airport. Clean well-equipped rooms, Restaurants were very expensive, even for a "captive" market where travellers have little other choice in the area. Check in and check out both took longer than I would have expected. |

I like the fact that there are different styles of decor within the hotel rooms, all so far have been very tasteful and very comfortable. The bar area looks very welcoming and not at all typical of most airport hotels. i wouldn't want to stay in a room which faces the runway again as it was quite noisy at times. I have previously stayed in one of the internal rooms overlooking the reception and bar area which was very quiet. |

Very good location if you come to Stansted in night and go away early morning. This hotel is realy quiet place for good rest. |

Very close proximity to the airport, this hotel wins hands down! Easy access to rail services to and from Liverpool St station.An excellent hotel for the business traveller and the odd family too. |

Room comfort, possibility to smoke, professional staff, efficiency, individual characteristics of hotel (e.g. wine tower) with benefits of chain Only the wording on the room key, which is not in line with Radission's image. The wording should read "If you are injured while staying at this hotel or if your property is lost or damaged, you should notify reception before you check out. Claims are subject to the laws of the country where this hotel is situated; the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction over claims." The existing wording would confuse many guests, especially foreigners and non-lawyers. Moreover, with shifts in public policy, a court might find that language must be understandable to be legally binding. |

Many amenities, comfortable rooms, my sons loved watching the wine angels. It was extremely convenient and easy to be at. Being told at 7 am on Saturday that the gym wouldn't open until 8 am. |

Exceptional quality in the Reception area - all staff were extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. My request that they consider a refund on the portion of my cost that would have been for garaging my car for a week away - (brought abouit because the airline changed its hub to Heathrow during the time I would be away, meaning that I did not after all bring my car) - was sympathetically dealt with and the refund was given. All room staff were very polite, friendly and a pleasure to talk to in the morning. I did think that the cost of breakfast was well over the top! The bacon was over-cooked andas far as I could see there was no differential consideration for the fact that my wife only had a continental breakfast, although it did say somewhere that there would be a differential price. The cost of our two breakfasts was certainly more than it was indicated would be the case. Is this a complaint? It says I should not make a complaint here! But here it says, "What did you not like?" The ambience of the dining room was excellent and most of the food superb. So this is not a complaint, but I do think the price was excessive! |
