Excellent place to spend night before flight out from Stansted. Nice that they have coffee and nibbles for early morning flight. Restaurant had great pizza. Rooms are nicely designed and comfortable. Since we had adjoining family rooms, staff should have unlocked the door linking the rooms before our arrival. Instead we had to wait for over an hour which is inconvenient when just arriving. |

Friendliness of staff and the fact that internet usage was free Was really impressed when I first stayed there a few years ago - some areas need a facelift. Food is also extremely expensive and there are no options for a person who wants a light snack or sandwich |

Spacy rooms, clean, children had their own separate beds and not a sofa bed (which is truly horrid for a 9-yr-old boy and a 11-yr-old girl to share!). The air conditioning in rooms was so loud that everyone in our family had troubles to get to sleep and also woke earlier than expected just because of the noisy air con. |

Very short walk from both the rail station and passenger terminal. Room was well soundproofed. Like many airport hotels it is impossible to obtain breakfast ahead of an early departure. The earliest breakfast could have been was 06:00; my flight departed at 06:10. |

Very comfortable room, close to airport and good value 1. breakfast - had to ask about cutlery, trays etc. Layout not intuitive and not enough people to ask. Very impersonal ---> 2. Asked for an 8am alarm call which came at 6am - not nice. |

Strategic position, great space into the room, good relax area (i.e. gym and possibility to use a small but nice indoor swimming pool, though with hot water and only 1,2 mt of depth). Not so friendly and welcoming staff, 50 GBP blocked on the credit card at the arrival, automatic minibar that keeps track of every movement made with the risk of relevant debit on your account (the information is written on a leaflet, but not so evident for the user) |

The closness to the Airport which is the reason I picked the hotel. The hotel is next to a busy airport I heard no noise, it is used mainly for overnight stops, the prices however are central London prices, wine is minimum £5.50 a glass cheapest bottle £22.00. Meals are expensive for an overnight stop SerlionSteak £29.00. Costs for two without any drinks for a two course meal minimum £40.00 and up to about £90.00. Breakfast was outstanding but again at £12.50 per person was more than needed for the traveller. This is not the place to go before or after your holiday for a one night stay. It is a excellent hotel for those on expenses. |

A few minutes walk to the terminal, good-sized, clean room, facilities such as free internet and left-luggage facility. Liked the grant entrance/lobby/covered courtyard area. Only had internal windows in my room, which did not open (right next to an airport I didn't consider this a huge disadvantage, though). |
