great service, great location - gerat breakfast. room a bit small and pokey - felt like we were put upstairs in a cupboard - my husband who is over 6 ft could not stand up in the shower. Would go back but would prefer a larger room not the 332 up in the attic!! Were we put there because we got it for the budget rate for £129? |

Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant helpful staff. Good standard of facilities and equipment. Will stay there again, but may possibly book a deluxe room rather than a standard one. |

Room service was disgraceful. Cut short at 22:45 despite the brochure stating it runs until 23:00. Even at that,they could only offer cold cheese sandwiches. |

We thought the room and location in city were very good. The staff were very friendly and made you feel weclome. They wanted you to enjoy your stay. What we found was that almost all the staff were foreign and they did not know a lot about the city. When we asked the desk about any hotels they could recemmond in Paris they weren't very knowledgable. We ended up booking a hotel at the tourist information at the Paris Eurostar Station. When we got to the hotel and walked around we noticed a Radisson Hotel just down the street where we booked. The staff should be trained to in this aspect of the business. The Radisson missed out in more business. |

The wonderful location, a nice posh treat. There was only one lift which only took 4 people and sometimes there was quite a queue for it. |

Helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful decor. Felt safe as room key was required to access accommodation parts of the hotel. Free business facilities available to check-in for flight home. Left luggage area available too. Single room size varies significantly. Three of us booked ahead on-line all required single rooms. Two were given single rooms which were very very compact ie single beds and room enough only for en-suite with shower. However the third "single room" had queen size bed and proper bathroom. All paid the same rate. |

It was clean, tidy and efficient. We were attending a concert at the Royal Albert Hall and staying in London instead of rushing for the last train to Suffolk was great. We were very well looked after at this hotel. Not a complaint as such but we had a drink in the bar after the show and was quite horrified at the price of £21.00 for two Jack Daniels and coke. We knew there would be a mark up on prices but did not expect it to be quite that much. The lesson learnt is not to have a drink in the bar again!! |

The receptionist are all brilliant. Except the rooms are a nightmare on each time I checked in. Defnitely have to review the size and set of all single (deluxe or not ) as it is totally more fr a backpacker rather than fr bussiness traveller. Rooms with no desk, tiny tv on top of a 5.5 feet cabinet that u can only watch frm your bed sitting straight up ! rooms a really tiny and mostly with bed against the wall and extremely small bathroom that u cannot even turn around !.. Not okay fr single rooms at all ! |

it is somewhat okay, as I know my colleague had made some arguement to get me a decent room. so now I have no complain. Definitely the single rooms (regardless of deluxe or not) , as u can see frm the above it is a shocker when u checked in. |

Hotel is in walking distance to Earls Court. Breakfast is good on selection and quality. Friendly personal in the restaurant. Tips are added autiomatically in the bar, but not mentioned which can result in doublicated tipping. |

Very well appointed with a good location. Bedrooms and public rooms decorated to a high standard with an English theme. Needs a bigger lift and more receptionists at peak times. Flat screen TVs would be good, as would later restaurant and bar times. |

good towels and bathrobe. good breakfast. we were not directed well to our room and ended up wandering the upstairs corridors for quite a time.had to wait 20 minutes before being allowed up to the room! |

The fact that at 23.30 we were unable to get an answer from either room service or reception even after trying both for 5 times each. Plus we had a wake up call at 07.30 that we did not request. |

we have stayed at the Radisson 4 times the staff have allways been wonderfull and very helpfull. the air con did not work to well .but it was very very hot in london. |

I think the staff were very helpful, room was lovely. I personally did not like staying on the ground floor. Although access was via a card the fire exit was open leading to the street which made me feel vulnerable as a single female. I think the fire exit was opened as the room next door housed a smoker!! |

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Although our visit was brief we had an excellent meal in the restaurant and enjoyed relaxing in the bar. Very good location for Albert Hall, V & A etc.Would definitely come back again. Struggled with our door card at times, would choose not to be on ground floor next time although traffic noise not too bad considering the location |
