Loved the restaurant - Scoff and Bsnter , great ambience in the bar
super staff, got a great deal on the room, would stay again at the same price.
bathroom marble needed a good clean especially round the lavatory area.
It was well located and easy to get too using public transpot
Breakfast on Sunday was a bit hit and miss they appeared not to be able to cope with the amount of guests Ie: run of breakfast items like cereal & croissant etc. large queues of guests waiting for a table good job we arrived early. There was no pre warning that breakfast could be extra busy as they knew how many they would have to accommodate
Close to subway and museums
Small room. Expensive bar
A lovely hotel with very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was lovely for an evening meal.
The staff were amazing they made my fiancé feel extra special as it was his birthday. would defiantly go back.
Bathroom needs improvement.
Location and staff.
Room was smaller than I expected.
Although disappointed to find we had a twin room, the staff pushed beds together and re-made as a double while we were out for dinner.
Rooms way different from pictures - very tiny
Concierge was a little rude.
we enjoyed the location and staff were helpful.
Really great location - got a free upgrade upon arrival.
Bed was not really comfortable and some small little other things - but all in all - was very nice...
Openness of staff
electric going off as plugged in iron
A comfortable London hotel made more pleasurable by the friendly and helpful staff. Good food nicely presented and good value for London.
Booked a cab through reception to go out on the Saturday evening - so far so good. Taxi turned up, smelt of stale cigarette smoke inside and charged £18 to go from the hotel to Berkeley Square! Not the hotel's fault. Recommend hailing a black cab (charged £12 for the journey back to the hotel).
Stayed in this hotel on the 7th Feb 2015. staff very helpful . clean hotel but the bed not so comfy, it was not a double , it was 2 beds put together. overall though I am happy. the location is great.
Great staff that were very helpful, yummy breakfast, comfortable room which was larger than I expected
Stairs to the front door were difficult to navigate with luggage
I love this Hotel. It's always smart, clean and is a wonderful place to stay. It always feels very special staying here.
Staff were friendly at check in, location was perfect, WIFI was very good. Breakfast was lovely
Bar staff were very unatentive the wait for a drink was a long time and over priced. The bedroom was very small.
Location very close to tube
One of the smallest hotel rooms ever, (room 316) very cramped for a double, should really be a single. I emailed ahead as it was my wife's birthday but no special treatment unlike other London hotels we have stayed at for her birthday
Loved the location; always try to get accommodations near the Gloucester Tube/Kensington Park area; so easy to get to from the Airport. Radisson Blu was perfect for me. Love to walk London proper and the Hotel is quite near and/or easy access to all I like to do while visiting. First thought I would get lost in a maze attempting to locate my room on my own; but in fact, I never had a problem and rather found the quirkiness of the room's placement to be rather interesting. Everyone was extremely attentive and courteous. Would (and have) recommend to fellow travellers and would try to stay at the Radisson Blu again when I head to London again. Breakfast, I believe, was included; unfortunately, I did not partake and should have done.
Not necessarily a dislike. However, the "alarm" went off in my room (at first) in the middle of the night and frightened me. I opened my door to see if my neighbor had noticed but not certain if anyone was in at that time.It happened several other times but I came to realize that maybe it went off because I was using the heater control and it went above a certain level.
1) Attitude of the staff that I met. 2)Location . 3)Lovely venue/ buildings. 4)Very attractive décor in the public areas .
1)The stress my husband had to deal with regarding the billing for our sons booking & his own (being charged for this more than once ) 2)Our room had very poor lighting .I wanted to read in bed but there was only 1 reading lamp -on my husbands side of the bed .There WAS a light I could use but it illuminated the whole room .This made it difficult for my husband to go to sleep .
Staff, so very friendly, probably the nicest I'v ever come across - and I travel a lot. Restaurant was excellent, location was excellent too, right next to the V & A and the Natural History Museums.
Room was very small, but was adequate.
