Great position. This is the only good point about the hotel. - Ottima posizione. Questo è l'UNICO punto positivo dell'albergo. The single rooms are tiny. So small that I had to ask for a change, as I could barely move in the bathroom. The deluxe single is also quite small and apparently they sell it as a double too.The lift is very akward to get to and too small. It is used by the personnell as well and is therefore often not usable.

The front desk staff is very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is excellent and I feel safe in around the area. Food and supermarket are accessible. The elevator was broken in the first day but it was fixed afterward.

Location was fine. I never got it clear even when I asked if the entrance was accessible for a wheelchair which it was not at all. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for somone to come and help me with a special chair that could climb the stairs (from the hotel). This hotel is not for wheelchairs and the only room they had was very small and it was hard to open the door an get around. There was no way to get into the shower without help. Breakfast was not good at all.

Location location location! The rooms were cosy, I felt safe and the service of the staff was fantastic. On servicing not enough tea/coffee/milk was left, some days no milk. Rooms very small but from my understanding big for London standards.

Location is perfect, service is good. Room was extremely small, no desk to work on, while paying a lot of money per night. As a business traveller a desk is mandatory and you expect a desk to be available in the room, however this is optional and you have to upgrade to have a larger room.

Good location: close to Metro (3-5 minutes walk). Restaurants, bars, Tesco supermarket are nearby and close at late night. Have good breakfast also. Museum is just few hundred meters away, can go there easily and spend a day especially in raining day. My room was a bit small and facing at the back. It was noise from some ventilation machine (I guess) outside. Small tv, standing shower, not bath.

Location is good, just across is the Gloucester Road tube station. The WC was a disaster. It was impossible to use the toilet. The AC was working but didn't heat the room. at night the room was real cold so I was sick in the morning.
