La localisation - personnel très accueillant et très serviable - calme - hotel d'affaires pratique proche du métro, mais sans caractère Essentiellement la qualité du petit déjeuner : pas de muesli, difficulté pour avoir des yaourts, pas de fruits frais (juste salade de fruit)et la qualité des produits eux même très standards |

J'avais reserve un chambre simple, qui etait minuscule (pas de mini bar, armoire pour 2/3 chemises maximum), a peine la place pour poser ma valise au sol, et mon oreiller reposait sur le rebord du petit bureau... J'ai ete me plaindre a la reception, et ils m'ont immediatement donne une chambre double legerement plus grande pour le meme prix. Le personnel de l'hotel etait tres sympa Voir ci-dessus. La seconde chambre restait tres petite, tres vieillotte, mal insonnorisee, et l'ascenseur fonctionnait avec grandes difficultes. Meme pour Londres, le tarif propose (88GPB la nuit) est beaucoup trop eleve. Et l'hotel n'est clairement pas au niveau d'un Radison! |

The fact that at 23.30 we were unable to get an answer from either room service or reception even after trying both for 5 times each. Plus we had a wake up call at 07.30 that we did not request. |

we have stayed at the Radisson 4 times the staff have allways been wonderfull and very helpfull. the air con did not work to well .but it was very very hot in london. |

Cumplimentary wi-fi and newspaper.Employees are very nice and gentle particularly in the breakfast restaurant. To speed up the lift. |

I think the staff were very helpful, room was lovely. I personally did not like staying on the ground floor. Although access was via a card the fire exit was open leading to the street which made me feel vulnerable as a single female. I think the fire exit was opened as the room next door housed a smoker!! |

Excellent value and all that was needed for a one night stay. The air conditioning unit dripped and the extractor was noisy. |

The staff were very friendly, professional and prompt. The room was very clean and comfortable. The ventilation in the room was very poor. Air conditioning far too noisy - mini bar extortionate! |

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Although our visit was brief we had an excellent meal in the restaurant and enjoyed relaxing in the bar. Very good location for Albert Hall, V & A etc.Would definitely come back again. Struggled with our door card at times, would choose not to be on ground floor next time although traffic noise not too bad considering the location |

The room was too small. But the worse of all was the time I had to wait in order to get me a seat and have breakfast. The breakfast was too poor and I had to ask several times in order to get something. |

The hotel was central for all our needs during our stay and located near the tube station. The hotel was very comfortable and I would certainly consider staying there again in the future. |

Helpful staff, everything in the room worked, it is conveniently located for the purpose of my visit, Really small and only elevator and either wasnt working or wasnt working properly. I had to walk 4 floors |
