Sim, a propaganda no site do hotel é enganosa, uma vez que só mostra as fotos dos quartos bons e confortaveis. O quarto que fiquei foi decepcionante pois não é um quarto compativel com o nível do hotel. Aliás, parece que todos os quartos individuais são realmente muito ruins.

Location is surperb! Right opposite tube station and next to the Natural History museum and Science museum. Also short walk to Harrods.

Great location, just across the road from the tube station. Everything felt quality. I'll be using this as a London base again.

Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant helpful staff. Good standard of facilities and equipment. Will stay there again, but may possibly book a deluxe room rather than a standard one.

We thought the room and location in city were very good. The staff were very friendly and made you feel weclome. They wanted you to enjoy your stay.

What we found was that almost all the staff were foreign and they did not know a lot about the city. When we asked the desk about any hotels they could recemmond in Paris they weren't very knowledgable. We ended up booking a hotel at the tourist information at the Paris Eurostar Station. When we got to the hotel and walked around we noticed a Radisson Hotel just down the street where we booked. The staff should be trained to in this aspect of the business. The Radisson missed out in more business.

Very clean ,comfortable, excellent food, would recommend it.

Helpful staff, lovely atmosphere, beautiful decor. Felt safe as room key was required to access accommodation parts of the hotel. Free business facilities available to check-in for flight home. Left luggage area available too.

Single room size varies significantly. Three of us booked ahead on-line all required single rooms. Two were given single rooms which were very very compact ie single beds and room enough only for en-suite with shower. However the third "single room" had queen size bed and proper bathroom. All paid the same rate.

The receptionist are all brilliant. Except the rooms are a nightmare on each time I checked in.

Defnitely have to review the size and set of all single (deluxe or not ) as it is totally more fr a backpacker rather than fr bussiness traveller. Rooms with no desk, tiny tv on top of a 5.5 feet cabinet that u can only watch frm your bed sitting straight up ! rooms a really tiny and mostly with bed against the wall and extremely small bathroom that u cannot even turn around !.. Not okay fr single rooms at all !

Hotel is in walking distance to Earls Court. Breakfast is good on selection and quality. Friendly personal in the restaurant.

Tips are added autiomatically in the bar, but not mentioned which can result in doublicated tipping.

we were not directed well to our room and ended up wandering the upstairs corridors for quite a time.had to wait 20 minutes before being allowed up to the room!

we have stayed at the Radisson 4 times the staff have allways been wonderfull and very helpfull.

the air con did not work to well .but it was very very hot in london.

The staff at reception in the bar and in the breakfast room were great. Nothing to dislike about this hotel

Excellent value and all that was needed for a one night stay.

The air conditioning unit dripped and the extractor was noisy.
