We stayed in the flat and had another room in the main guest house. Although, the flat would have been sufficient for us, 2 adults and 2 young children (under 10), Booking.com did not allow for a booking of 2 adults and 2 children in the flat, not sure why...since it made it a costly stay...The location of the property is quite convenient, 10-minute easy walk from the train station as well as from center of town. The breakfast is wholesome and plentiful. The flat is roomy, comfortable, and quiet with a nice cozy backyard. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and coffee making facility. We had room #5 in the main guest house. It is the only room on the ground floor. Although very small, it has a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom with standup shower, and coffee making facility. Only draw back was from TV sets noise coming from the upper floor and from flushing toilets above us. . This property is geared for grownups. In our situation, it would have been more economical to stay in a furnished apartment which are plentiful in Bath. However, our experience was good at Radnor Guest House, thanks to the owner Peter and his wife Jane.

Strict breakfast timing, One hour only between 8AM and 9AM.

Really was home from home with all mod cons in the flat and even a very reasonably sized patio garden - and excellent location only 10 minute walk into the centre and also close to canal walks. Jane and Peter were friendly and helpful.

    Absolutely nothing to dislike!

This guest house was very comfortable, clean and the owners were very friendly & helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous, my husband loved the traditional every morning whereas I tried 3 of the different breakfasts and enjoyed them all.

I have no complaints at all.

The Radnor Guest House was very close to central Bath...a leisurely 10 minute stroll away so was perfect for sight seeing. The owners were very friendly and happy to offer suggestions regarding places to see in the area. The delicious home cooked breakfast really set us up for the day. We really enjoyed our stay.

Not much not to like. Perhaps the room was a little small for our two large suitcases, but apart from that, everything was great.

the layout of the room is very nice, and good facilities, bathroom is very clean and bright. I love the window in my single bedroom the most as it can let me enjoy the stars at night. what's more, the location is very good, I can visit city center, and railway station on foot.

    Nothing. Everything is excellent.

Stayed here for three days and it was just lovely!!!! There is a backyard where you can enjoy afternoon tea and some sunshine^^The location is perfect as it is located in front of the canal so you can enjoy a walk. Also, Tesco and Sainsburys is located nearby. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom is also clean. If you miss this place you will regret it.

Nothing. I would definitely visit again

Excellent location, about 10 minutes walking distance from the Roman baths and shopping area. Welcoming and friendly host. The room was exceptionally clean, breakfast was more than filling, we really couldn't fault this hotel, we would certainly recommend it.

Close to centre of Bath. Friendly people running the B+B. Excellent breakfast. Free Wi-Fi.

Noise due to proximity to busy road - but then I live in a really quiet rural area.

Overall the stay at radnor guest house was very good , clean, tidy, very friendly hosts, breakfast was very tasty and good quality produce. And a good location , only 5 min walk into town.

The room was a bit small, no bath , and I think it was a bit expensive for the room we had .

    Friendly hosts and excellent breakfast

We had the front room facing the road (room 3). The traffic noise upto 11pm and after 5am made sleeping difficult

The location is fantastic, very short walk to town. The bed was very comfortable. The shower in the en suite was good.

Breakfast is from 8am to 9am, which I think is a little unreasonable. We asked for a 10am breakfast on our checkout day(the only day we actually made it to breakfast) and only managed to get a 9.30am concession. We were in room 5, which is downstairs and is quite noisy in the morning, whenever people are moving around upstairs and/or having breakfast. There was a smell of damp in our room, though we are not sure where it was coming from and everything did seem to be very clean.

Friendliness, breakfast, cleanliness and comfort. I loved the bed. Had a lovely sleep.

Nothing. If I have to write, we could hear things been dragged on the room above us. Also it is 10 mins walk from the center of the city. But it was of no concern to us. Will stay there again.
