Strict breakfast timing, One hour only between 8AM and 9AM.
We stayed in the flat and had another room in the main guest house. Although, the flat would have been sufficient for us, 2 adults and 2 young children (under 10), Booking.com did not allow for a booking of 2 adults and 2 children in the flat, not sure why...since it made it a costly stay...The location of the property is quite convenient, 10-minute easy walk from the train station as well as from center of town. The breakfast is wholesome and plentiful. The flat is roomy, comfortable, and quiet with a nice cozy backyard. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and coffee making facility. We had room #5 in the main guest house. It is the only room on the ground floor. Although very small, it has a comfortable double bed, en-suite bathroom with standup shower, and coffee making facility. Only draw back was from TV sets noise coming from the upper floor and from flushing toilets above us. .
This property is geared for grownups. In our situation, it would have been more economical to stay in a furnished apartment which are plentiful in Bath. However, our experience was good at Radnor Guest House, thanks to the owner Peter and his wife Jane.
