Slow service Didn't have all the equipment you want (e.g. oven glove, baking tray, remote for the television)

We stayed in the 4 bedroom apartment which had amzing views, was decorated to a high spec and everything you could need for a plush weekend stay in London.

Friendly staff. Availability of many needed stuff. Luxury. Comfort. Convenient.

Takes you long to have a respond from staff. Far from stations. Far from services. Far from London.

Its position on the River Thames, lovely views overlooking the river, pretty central but lovely and quiet. Excellent restaurant too and car parking reasonably priced for its location.

Uncomfortable seating in the lounge, not cosy, couldn't relax properly as the chairs although modern in appearance were not uncomfortable. Hard and v upright with v low backs. The main bathroom was extremely small although the apt. Itself was very large and spacious. The main bathroom should and could have been therefore a sensible size and it would have been nice if it had a bath. No bath at all in the apt even though it slept 8! The bedrooms were sparsely furnished, no easy chair, 2 bedrooms didn't have their own TV's and beds could all have done with being king size. They were too small. We were 8 girls sharing so having bigger beds would have been more comfortable. The duvets were v good quality though but not all the bedrooms had towels, so we had to share what we had out!!! Not good. Kitchen too if we were staying longer was not particularly well equipped. The apt also could do with being re- decorated and spruced up/freshened up with new carpeting in the hall,stairs landing etc.

The flats are spectacular. The staff very friendly and the shuttle service very good.

As the flat is so good, we decided to enjoy room service. The food was inedible. It arrived cold and was badly cooked. A huge disappointment - especially given the price. Breakfast was yet worse - I travel a lot and this is the worst I have ever had.

Inside the apartment we stayed was getting old or stained painting around staircase. The lounge was cold and i kept calling reception to come and increase the temperature of the heater. I had to ask to toothbrush and toothpaste as well as extra towels

Apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. View over the river Thames was great. A peaceful base to return to after the hustle and bustle of sightseeing/shopping in the main centre.

Transport is a bit of a problem. The hotel compensates for this with a free shuttle service to Clapham Junction which is great. Although, you need to book this in advance and so need to be well organised or know your timetable to make it work for you. We were only there for a couple of nights and so we used taxis to get around.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped quiet and peaceful apartment with great location providing river views from all rooms. Nothing too much trouble for staff. On site parking was good to have and worth extra charge. No complaints at all.

High end, top quality acc. Furnishing etc.

Only one set of keys for 4 people, completely ridiculous. TV did not work. Location was not as good as expected.

Apartment very spacious. Reasonable vfm for 2 bedrooms.

Location really is an issue - only 10 mins brisk walk to the mainline station but though a rough area in rain with bags.......? Also nothing nearby in terms of bars, restaurants etc except at the hotel. If youre going to be in London, seems a shame not to be in it properly. Decor in our room was very sad - orange spraypainted pine cones in a bowl as decor and tv had almost no channels. 2Nd bedroom isnt ensuite.

Близко и удобно добираться из аэропорта Гетвик. Двухуровневые комфортные апартаменты с красивым видом на реку. Спокойный район.

Останавливаемся уже второй раз и очень довольны всем. Только резервировать надо заранее)))

Loin de tout Pas de navette aeroport ou station principale contrairement a ce qui est noté sur le site "navette gratuite" Personnel peu chaleureux parlant anglais avec un accent qui rend encore plus difficile la communication

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the place was very clean. The views from the appartment were wonderful.

The hallways were ice cold! We would have appreciated more heat in the common areas.

Location - space was ideal for 2 couples - facilities in the appartments allowed us to buy food and cook our own breakfast and have sandwiches for lunch

Wind noise - we were on 11 th floor and if windows were open in corridor noise from wind was very annoying. We shut all windows only to find them all open 30 minutes later. Poor access into building - concierge was never at his post so always had to go to main desk to get into building - why didn't we get a device to open the main door with our room key. Very annoying over a 3 night stay
