We got upgraded!
Little things broken such as bath plug, tiles missing
A good standard indeed, massive bed!
Can't think of anything
The size of the room, the bathroom, the room service and the location was good.
There were stains on the ceiling and the lampshade. When we first arrived there were yellow stains on the toilet seat. The bed was uncomfortable and the traffic outside was loud and clear to hear so the sleep wasn't great. For £150 per night I expected a lot more and was quite disappointed.
Roomes are big and clean
It's far from the centers
The rooms are clean and big
Its far from the center of london
it's a minor inconvenience - but the cups are so small ! the people who stayed before used the kettle as a teapot, so as not waste the teabags by making one tiny cup with it - i can see why ;)
Rooms are big and clean and quite
It is far from the center
Beautiful hotel right on the water, close proximity to Clapham Junction. Amazing hotel room, very modern and spacious.
Not used to being on the ground floor with a wall of windows, didnt really like that everyone in the courtyard to could see in. But the curtains did their job.
Arrived at hotel by using free shuttle service, drivers were friendly and polite. Staff at hotel were always there to cater to guests. Restraunt food was amazing and freshly cooked and offered a great deal for guests. Rooms were clean and hotel was very tidy.
staff and the bedroom were good
small jacuzzi and mould in steam room
The staff were excellent. 50 per cent off food if 2 courses ordered excellent.
I thought the lighting all over the hotel was very poor. Especially in the corridors and bedrooms for safety reasons. Breakfast was overpriced, especially the a la carte menu. There are no twin rooms. If one is requested a fold up single bed is supplied at an extra cost. The fold up bed is unstable.
Plenty of space, a comfortable bed and good bathroom. The river views from the bar and restaurant are lovely.
The bedroom lighting was too low. There was a problem with the A/C, but that was fixed after a few hours.
The view was lovely
When we got there they upgraded us to an apartment which would had been nice if it had been clean , kitchen area was especially dirty , and the place looked tired
Check in and bar staff great. Good sized rooms and high quality fittings.
Restaurant is not cheap which makes the inattentive and miserable waiting staff even worse in context. They took no notice of where you were with your meals, ordering needs, drinks needs or when the bill was required. Everything you wanted you had to practically shout at someone because they rarely looked in your direction. At £35 for a steak, you expect some basic attention perhaps. Found someone else's discarded clothes under a chair in the room.
Location, staff were friendly and helpfull and free shuttle service to train station is big plus.
The room and the location
Love the spacious rooms and bathrooms and view
Spacious rooms, friendly and attentive staff. Relaxed atmosphere next to the river. Free shuttle taxi to station.
On bus route from Clapham Junction Station to Victoria. Good evening meal at half price for residents. Delightful room overlooking Thames. Heliocopter pad nearby.
Complicated lighting system via computer and switcher which never managed to master.
The facilities were nice, especially the bathroom. Very comfortable in general.
It was so noisy with loud music going on until late coming from a disco party in the hotel, I could not sleep. I was meant to wake up very early for work and I did not sleep well at all. It's a shame because the facilities are nice.
staff was very friendly. close to Clapham Junction.
building over the restaurant. it can get noisy in the morning if you are trying to sleep in.
Helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable.
Bathroom - amazing shower
Staff with dirty laundry travelling in the same lift as guests.
