Room was clean
Difficult to get to on public transport. Not much lobby area. Surroundings not uplifting.
The staff were exceptional. The apartment was amazing, the view was ridiculously good!
I had to leave!
it is a good hotel nice area good if you have a car.
So relaxing and comfortable in the room. Didn't want to leave!
The staff were very rude and unhelpful.
The style & comfortable quality of hotel and facilities it had to offer. I will be booking another stay before the end of year.
Good size bedroom.
Apartments on top don't make for good first impressions . Only a restaurant / bar in which to have a drink , Extractor fan didn't work in bathroom .
We were upgraded to an apartment with river views. It was beautiful only sorry we couldn't stay longer to really enjoy the facilities.
We had The Thames room which gave an amazing view onto the Thames. Friendly and helpful staff.
Brilliant hotel ,extremely worth the money. The room was very spacious . The shower was great and the views from the rooms at night was gorgeous
Amazing experience. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Great river view too.
The room was enormous, with a curved wall of windows to a terrific view to the Thames estuary. The bathroom was beautifully fitted out, very modern and clean. The door entry, heating/cooling and lighting controls are all very high tech, touch button backlit. I think the lights came on automatically as the sun went down in the evening. Superb tea/coffee facilities and a well stacked fridge, champagne too! The TV movie equipment is superb and very easy to navigate. The WiFi or wired Internet was speedy and available everywhere free of charge. I was given an upgrade, which is always a nice surprise but the reception staff are really lovely and friendly. The food in the restaurant initially looks pricy then you realise there is a 50% discount on meals if 2 courses are chosen, it worked out very reasonable too, I sat outside with the river for a view. Can't fault this hotel, and I've spent around 25 nights this year in hotels across the UK, its very modern and comfortable in a great location with a terrific view. They even provide a regular free of charge shuttle service to the mainline and underground stations! The price I paid was cheaper than a London Premier Inn too.
Fantastic hotel, I would definitely return again. Location is great as well as the services they offer.
Staff were poor. Didn't pay any attention to us - not talkative, didn't make us feel comfortable. However the shuttle drivers were great! Very professional and friendly!
Loves the Jacuzzi and the mini bar. Bed was also lush and comfy.
I requested for my room to be decorated for my partner's birthday, they did a great job and they upgraded us to a bigger suite with jacuzzi. We had such a great time and it was not far to central London.
I did not really enjoy the breakfast, I was expecting a lot better choices as they called it a buffet and we had to pay extra to get curtain things for breakfast and I was not happy with that.
It had a lovely huge comfortable bed, very spacious room and a bathroom that way amazing with a large jacuzzi bath and mood lighting
Room was very nice and spacious, rain shower was great, the continental breakfast was nice, lots of fresh fruit but no Nutella.
Spa area was closed too early, parking in the garage was a pain because you had to go to the front desk and get a staff member to come all the way back down to the garage entrance and let you in, bathroom lighting was horrible, a small lighted makeup mirror would be very useful.
Excellent shower. Great service at breakfast.
Tv in bathtub was cool!
Room was a bit too bright from lights of adjacent bar/restaurant. Blinds were not blackout
staff were rude and unhelpful, gym was dirty and small, food was expensive and poor, lifts were old and not maintained well... need i continue
Excellent position for going to Wimbledon but if we were planning things in central London we would book a more central hotel
Being woken up at 7.30 by very loud helicopters. Would have liked a bit more of a lie in
The spa and treatments were great, the room was amazing. Shower was powerful and relaxing with the jets. Love how the hotel was energy efficient.
No pool except for the hydrotherapy pool. The transfers on the website say that they available all of the time but they are actually only available every half an hour and there's 6 seats. Better book a day before not an hour before like they tell you too!
The views over the river from the restaurant / bar, the very generous room size, the vicinity to Wimbledon.
Particularly large room
Bit tatty inside Room a bit messy on arrival View was a car park walkway Artwork whilst unique was a bit cheap being hung without framing, could have at least been displayed symmetrically Spa closed early Breakfast was told finished later
What a great room, loads of space, fantastic en suite with jacuzzi. Very modern decor and up to date technology.
noisy and too expensive for the miserable service you gave not to encourage or at least soecify that it's very enar to helicopter ballet !
