Rafayel Hotel & Spa  

The staff were amazing - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely atmosphere in the bar overlooking the Thames. Loved the roof top terrace it was a shame it was a bit too cold for anyone to be able to sit up there. Wonderful hotel - the room was very luxurious, fantastic walk in shower in a gorgeous bathroom. Loved the lighting and the way the room was decorated.

Hotel was overbooked so we received an upgrade. that's great off course, but why lie about it and tell us we wrongly booked? Unnecessary and rude! Interior design of the room is really outdate.

Exelent accommodation very good restaurant and bar, staff very helpfull , I strongly raccomed this hotel.

Once I arrived, my car was parked for me and I was directed to my room. I was really impressed with the size and the facilities in the room. The beds are dreamy and I fell asleep straight away. The bathroom is massive but cold. Checking out was very easy and quick. The remote for the tv also turns on and off lights in the room. I actually went there to relax but I have booked again so I can take advantage of the facilities and spa at the hotel. Overall a lovely, dreamy hotel. I can't wait to go back.

For the size and price there was No dvd player, not enough towels and they didn't match. The shower took me a while to figure out but once I did it was fantastic, hence they have instructions attached . I ordered the burger in room service which was lovely but the chunk chips were hard. I was just too tired to complain about these bits but I'm sure they would have all been sorted if I asked.

It was very nice. Jacuzzi , in ur own bathroom, movies, sound systems was very good. We had a room. That got the view of river thames. In the night it was amazing. We had great time.

When we went there we had to deposit some more money for the room. & that time staff was not friendly at all.

Hotel staff were very friendly, room was very clean, rooms were modern and the bathroom was lovely. Didn't have time to visit the spa but being all inclusive of the price, to use at any time, is a good service.

The continental and hot breakfast selection was one of the worst I've ever come across in years of travelling, despite it being one of the most expensive. The location is a £12 taxi journey from the nearest tube station, so if the shuttle is unavailable then it can be costly. Would say it's a business hotel rather than for leisure.

I liked the location and the friendliness of everyone in the hotel, the driver that took us every day to Clapham Junction was lovely as were the girls in the reception and cleaners in the rooms were very nice as well.

I liked everything about it and have no complaints and will be returning there again as my daughter now lives in London and we found it very handly for her flat.
