Two very noisy late-night clubs a few doors away. Didn't get to sleep until past 2 am.
the breakfast are spot on tasty and red hot
Location was good

Friendliness of staff & value for money
Clean, well-appointed room Excellent facilities like tea/coffee, en-suite, TV GREAT home-cooked full breakfast Superb value for money
Poor signage when trying to find it! A bit more guidance as to actual location for outsiders would be invaluable. Parking, although cheap, is not on-site. No problem if fine weather and travelling solo, but...................
The very loud noised from the street which apparenty occur ever saturday night. The inability to close the window.
Very warm welcome by the owner and the breakfast was really to class only stayed one night but will definitely stay again. The room was very comfortable
There was nothing we did not like
Great location, friendly, helpful owner. Wholesome, plentiful breakfast. A positive stay.
A little noisy in the early hours but nothing to get too excited about.
Pretty cheap, helpful and friendly staff, comfortable beds They reduced my room rate, without me asking as I ended up travelling alone, not with a friend as planned. Great location.
Rooms are clean and comfy enough, but well used. Cooked breakfast was average.
Location great within the town high street. Freshly cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Very quite rooms. Rooms facitities very clean. Free WiFi
Breakfast; attention to detail; clean
Noise from road (but quickly got use to that)
Friendly staff, good size room, tasty breakfast. Good value for money

Excellent value for money. Delicious breakfast.
Fantastic hospitality, really good breakfast.
Great location with everything you need
Mattress a little uncomfy but not the end of the world for one night .
Fantastic staff, attentive, knowledgeable with great customer service skills. Clean, excellent location, brilliant breakfast, easy to find.
Bathroom a little dated but clean with hot water, towels, soap etc, what more could you want
windows too heavy to open
Noisy at night if you have a room at the front.
I have stay at the Raglan House before, I was booked in for the night, when i arrived there was some confusion about my booking they had had a cancellation for my booking, I explained the cancellation was for the second booking as i'd booked 2 rooms for the same night instead of the following Friday night. They were very helpful at finding me alternative accomadation for the night.
It was very central and breakfast was good. The owners were very friendly & attentive
The smell in our room, when the dirty water came up the plug hole in our bath, when we turned the sink tap on. bathroom wasn't very clean either. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable.
Everything. Owned and run by the owners. On arrival I was greeted by the son who introduced himself and carried my back upstairs to my room. Nothing too much trouble for them. Clean towels were supplied after only two nights - I stayed for four and wished it could have been longer. I shall certainly return at the first opportunity. This place is a really good find, central location coupled with the excellent service and good food makes it an ideal place to stay. With the added bonus of 10% discount in the cafe for guests there is no reason to look any further for bed and breakfast in Ross-on-Wye.
