The hotel is easy to find, and in an excellent location. The terrace is a nice space to sit and relax in. Most of the reception staff didnt even lift their heads to say hello, with the exception of one friendly receptionist and a friendly member of the bar staff. Bottles of Lager are nearly £4! On departure, we weren't asked if we'd enjoyed our stay, they just took payment, then continued looking at their computer screens again. After seeing in some of the other rooms, it appears that we must have got the 'budget' room allocated to us. The drawers were broken and the shower room was tiny. The room was clean, but not as clean as you would expect for a hotel with 3 star rooms. Premier Inn would have been a better option for the price.

We liked the little extras - free wi-fi, decent coffee with cafetiere in the room, complimentary coffee available during the day, decent sized tv, complimentary bottle of water etc Nothing but we can imagine parking could be challenging at times (we were lucky and got parked on the forecourt)

It was clean friendly and in just the right position for highgate hospital. W Very disappointed with the bar food. Came from a hectic day, needing wine and a snack, to find that the lasagne could not be served hot, not even from the microwave!! Luckily the wine was good!!!!!!

I stayed here with my children as we attended a concert at the Alexandra Palace. I chose it as it seemed relatively close. It was an easy walk up to the venue and between it and the hotel was a really good selection of restaurants and shops in a pleasant area of London. The hotel receptionist greeted us really warmly despite us walking mud into the very shiny foyer and I was very impressed with the room. It was warm, clean and perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well appointed and spacious. If you are going to Alexandra Palace the location of this hotel is fantastic, you can walk there in 10 mins. The only tiny thing that could be improved are the towels ...found them very small. But that's not a big issue and would not stop me from staying there again.

Deluxe is nor a term I would use for my room. It is what I would expect from any room. There was no lift and the hallways were very misleading. THere was no desk in the bedrooms and the TV stopped functioning during the evening

The hotel was good standard for a 3 star hotel, the room was nicely decorated. The Japanese garden looked lovely and would be great during the summer months. Despite the negatives below it was still a decent hotel. No lifts is a bit of a downer, our room was really cold, the communal areas were boiling. We had a room with just a shower and seperate loo both were nothing more than cupboards

Everything was generally fine. Shower drain was blocked, so could only have a very quick shower! I did tell reception when we left and they apologised and said they would get it sorted.

Room size was good, lots of hot water for bath. T & C making facilities good. Friendly staff on reception. Short staffed in evening meant that sheets were not changed in room after we had requested it, also there was a lot of dust on top of cupboards, ledges and curtains and as someone with a dust allergy meant it was a sneezy night!

The Raglan did not have our booking when we arrived. Fortunately there was a room available. Not sure if that was an issue with the admin at The Raglan or the booking online? I had evidence of my confirmation booking email on arrival so they were confused as to why it was not on the system

The staff were helpful and very friendly. The continental breakfast was excellent and good value for money. The room / bathroom was very clean too. The only complaint I would have was that the room was too cold. The heating wasn't on in our room, only in the bathroom.
