Muswell Hill is a lovely area, although a fair walk from the underground we quite enjoyed the walk, past 5, Denmark Terrace, where the Davies brothers were brought up. Nice big room for the three of us with tea coffee facilities. Complimentary tea and coffee downstairs. Nice touch when we left was complimentary cookies and bottles of water for the journey. Not enough surface space for bits and pieces, barely enough for a too small kettle for 3 and cups etc let alone guests paraphernalia. Complimentary drinks not filled every day had to go and ask also for a third cup. Pillows a bit hard and the plug didn't stay in the plughole so very quick bath!

We liked the foyer which is bright and spacious. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Polish waiter very friendly and obliging. No lift to rooms, stairs carpet stained and smelly. Rooms too small, ensuites also too small with erratic hot water supply. Website very misleading. Difficult to get a drink at closing time despite being residents. Problems with window blind and dripping tap reported to maintenance but not acted on.

Location was great for my training event. Room was small but clean and comfortable. Not enough parking spaces. Get in later than 5pm (which was the case for me as I actually work for a living and finished well past 6pm) and there wouldn't be any spaces to park in front of the hotel (space for 6 cars only). Then it was the lottery of trying to find space on the road on a busy residential road. Hard work I can tell you.

Everything. The staff were superb ... no. 1. I've answered all the other relevant questions earlier and everything was great. But I would like to add ... I'm embarrassed to say that my partner and I had a huge row and I hope we didn't cause The Raglan and any of your staff, problems. Thank you Nic Howland

It was clean friendly and in just the right position for highgate hospital. W Very disappointed with the bar food. Came from a hectic day, needing wine and a snack, to find that the lasagne could not be served hot, not even from the microwave!! Luckily the wine was good!!!!!!

I stayed here with my children as we attended a concert at the Alexandra Palace. I chose it as it seemed relatively close. It was an easy walk up to the venue and between it and the hotel was a really good selection of restaurants and shops in a pleasant area of London. The hotel receptionist greeted us really warmly despite us walking mud into the very shiny foyer and I was very impressed with the room. It was warm, clean and perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well appointed and spacious. If you are going to Alexandra Palace the location of this hotel is fantastic, you can walk there in 10 mins. The only tiny thing that could be improved are the towels ...found them very small. But that's not a big issue and would not stop me from staying there again.

Deluxe is nor a term I would use for my room. It is what I would expect from any room. There was no lift and the hallways were very misleading. THere was no desk in the bedrooms and the TV stopped functioning during the evening

The hotel was good standard for a 3 star hotel, the room was nicely decorated. The Japanese garden looked lovely and would be great during the summer months. Despite the negatives below it was still a decent hotel. No lifts is a bit of a downer, our room was really cold, the communal areas were boiling. We had a room with just a shower and seperate loo both were nothing more than cupboards

The Raglan did not have our booking when we arrived. Fortunately there was a room available. Not sure if that was an issue with the admin at The Raglan or the booking online? I had evidence of my confirmation booking email on arrival so they were confused as to why it was not on the system
