very good location opposite train station excellent staff - really helpful good value for money free shower gel/shampoo
outside of pub could be off putting to some travellers
Location was good, room was clean
Room extremely dated especially the bathroom it was horrible! A lot if noise in the evening till very early hours from traffic and people socialising
We were welcomed by friendly staff, and the location was perfect. Free parking and wifi a bonus. The room was plenty big enough with adequate storage, tea, coffee, hot chocolate in room was plentiful and refilled daily.Shower gel, hand wash and body lotion better quality than most inexpensive hotels. Bed really comfortable and room surprisingly quiet despite being opposite station and on a main road. A traditional pub with great beer.
Shower a bit hit and miss, took a while to run hot, but there was a notice explaining plumbing was undergoing work so hopefully issues will be resolved soon. Also black marks on shower cubicle ceiling.
Proximity to the railway line and easy access into the town. I had visited this hotel a number of times and had been impressed by the room, the service and the staff members who were so helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. On this occasion, all had changed.
The room, at the opposite side than before and too small for a double room. No room for a chair or a bedside cabinet. The noise from the pub was unbelievably loud and machinery from the central heating kicked in loudly. Prices had increased and breakfast was not included. Not enough room to say all. I won't ever go there again
Good location. Not noisey from railway line at all.
location staff price car park clean good bar does food
shower was small
Room with orange street lighting invading room. Curtains didn't keep light out , too thin and didn't fit. Our wet towels we left in a pile on the floor, but housekeeping simply folded them and put them back on the rail, wet and unwashed!
They have a very good restaurant food was delicious, well done to the chef. Also everyone was friendly and helpful, very convenient for station. Enjoyable stay. Oh and dog friendly which is wonderful.
Not so much didnt like, but, think maybe could do with a freshen up paint wise, though get the feeling this is on the cards. Other than that no complaints.
Lovely, cosy room Comfortable bed Lovely sofa Warm
Shower a bit touch and go
It was cheap and cheerful and what I needed for my stay
The bed. The breakfast. The beer. The bar staff.
The main bathroom light didn't work (no problem).
The beds and room was very uncomfortable
Location, frendliness of the staff, nice and close to the town centre, free parking.
Beds were clean and location was close to station. Had decent parking. It was a bit noisier than expected as I slept on the rooms facing the main road.
No Wi-Fi as promised despite numerous attempts and promises that it was working. None of my devices could connect. Was a real disappointment as I had plenty to do that needed connectivity
The breakfast was basic but well cooked and good value. The lady cooking breakfasts was excellent. The beer in the pub was well kept and very good.
Rooms were very tired and not that clean. Needs a good coat of paint. Also some electric sockets did not work and shower was temperamental.
ease of finding hotel, car parking facilities, politeness of staff
music from other locations
The location was excellent The room was very comfortable The staff were very friendly The pub also had a really nice atmosphere and good beer
Breakfast served only until 9am at the weekend. The area outside our room had clearly had a massive leak, and needs to be redecorated. The shower didn't drain away properly WIFI reception very poor
The location is good and there is onsite parking.
The place is looking a bit tired. It could do with a refurbishment.
The staff were very helpful, the pub had a friendly atmosphere, and I had a delicious meal in the bar. The following morning, after breakfast the duty waiter kindly opened the door so I could access the pub toilets, rather than having to go upstairs, which is painful for me. I was pleased to find that, although my room was only a staircase away from the pub, there was no noise and I slept well.
Everything was sound , no frills but great value for money in the South East of England !
Hotel well situated for town center. Breakfast was lovely. Bed very comfortable.
Room was noisy as on a main road. Needed updating. Shower did not work, unable to get hot water.
Was ok other than noise for a night
WiFi wouldn't work the tv didn't work properly think they had a jazz player in in pub till around half 10 very loud
Good location in centre of Faversham with free parking. Clean accommodation and welcoming staff.
Breakfast not included. Bedroom and bathroom decor tired and outdated. Definitely time for a facelift.
Friendly staff. Clean quilts, pillows and bedding. We had a spacious room and bathroom (room 3) .Parking not a problem. Is opposite the rail station, just a minute walk to town with lots of cafes and independent shops. Plentiful supply of tea, coffee and biscuits. Good quality shower gel, liquid soap and body lotion provided. Hair dryer, iron and disposable razors available on request.
Furniture was tired
room was nice .
After asking for a wake up call I did not get it . jumped out of bed in a rush and soooooooo glad I made my flight come on people WAKE UP !!!!!!!!
