I was greeted by name and expected, treated with friendly courtesy and assisted with my luggage. Shown my room, and given any information that I needed for my stay. Lovely and clean, courteous and friendly. Would definitely stay again.
The lack of food, - I would be prepared next time! Having no-one to say goodbye to, but now that I know, it would not detract from staying again. Thank you.
Hosts a nice couple
Very low bed Uncomfortable mattress Shower with little power Too costly - much better available for similar price
Customer service and value for money
very warm welcome even though I was very late checking in many thanks
Not too sure about cleanliness and no where to plug kettle in
Comfortable with 'a bar downstaris'
Small room but adequate for my needs
The staff were very polite and helpful, Thank you very much Mr and Mrs Duncan.
staff and location
very low bed, no mirror in bedroom, no plug to dry hair with position to see a mirror,no plug by kettle to boil kettle safely and no option to have breakfast.
The landlord made me very wellcome. Had live music on the night I stayed to.
Good location just outside the centre of Ashby. Really friendly and welcoming - the landlords were very considerate and warm.
Parking could be a little limited if a busy day.
Clean and comfortable and good location.
Room a bit small.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful upon my arrival. Room was well equipped and very comfortable.
The bathroom was unclean, the wifi was poor within the room and despite getting a quiet room the walls are not soundproof so unfortunately another guest kept me awake.
I liked the staff they made me feel at home straight away. if i need to travel back that way i will surely stay here again. Thank you Duncan
Excellent pub atmosphere, Duncan a very good host and a good drop of beer.
On street parking although Duncan had blocked a space for us directly outside which he cleared on our arrival (much appreciated). Having to walk to town for food (only the weather made this a chore as distance minimal!!)
Location, friendliness of staff, accessibility to premises, price, communication.
Shower was showing signs of wear & tear.
An excellent family B & B. Friendly reception and good local Pub atmosphere. I will definitely rebook if I am in the area again.
