Most facilities you'd expect of a small town, with plenty of streets to explore. The beach and town are close together and there are several safe places to cross into the park area which is well tended and attracts children especially because of the wildfowl. We found a several pubs without trying too hard- they are used to tourists, though by no means plasticy artificial places: we met the locals and enjoyed the experience, The Marine Tavern, next to our B+B was mostly uncrowded and very welcoming.
Superb train services to get to other towns and villages, and the coast is well served by buses.

I loved everything except our property the actual park was brilliant and you could never be bored there everything you could wish for just be mindful the properties are not all you think they are until you get inside we must have been one of the unlucky ones entirely of pubs and restaurants and cafes to eat the food is beautiful

Not all restaurants were open every night.
Not all restaurants were open every night. The ones open were very good.
The accommodation was very clean. Appreciated fresh bottle of water every day and the home made cookies everyday. Extra milk, tea, and sugar outside bedrooms. A very nice touch.
Rob and Fiona are wonderful hosts. Very welcoming. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Plenty of tea, coffee, milk, water etc and the home made cookies were a lovely touch. Great variety at breakfast, nothing is too much trouble. The sea view from our balcony was fantastic. Excellent location to Dawlish Town down the hill. Would definitely recommend this lovely accommodation in a beautiful house. Thank you Rob and Fiona.
The breakfast was very good with fruit, yogurt, cereals, nuts & seeds and a very good cooked selection as well.
Our room had a wonderful view looking over Dawlish to the sea. The room also had extra little treats like cookies.
Our hosts were very welcoming and gave us lots of information about the area.
Fantastic view, lovely warm caravan with good central heating. Loads of space, especially storage space. Well equipped kitchen. Good location for walking to the beach/warren. Hard standing to park the car right outside. Lots of places to walk our dog. Very clean. Master bedroom very spacious.
Beautiful little hotel (B&B) right on the front at Dawlish. Sea view room was a massive WOW, the views incredible, bonus was you got to watch the trains running by as well.. Breakfast was an immense feast and the staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful.. Put it in on your visit list..

Very good Breakfast offering plenty of choice. All cooked fresh to order
Our room was spacious and comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 3 plus dog. The hotel staff were friendly and generous with their time. Lovely surroundings and had we stayed longer I would have taken advantage of the tennis court and pool.
Great facilities, indoor and outdoor pool , very secure and safe for children. Bar and restaurant great service lots of space around the grounds and lounge rooms. Nice walk to the warren or Dawlish town at the bottom gate.
Great location and a quirky little property. Lovely decor and an excellent use of a small space. Hosts were friendly & communication excellent. Great for a short visit to Dawlish.
great location in dawlish warren only 15 minute walk to the beach, park was well sign posted and the toilet and shower blocks where clean and in good working order
The staff were all so helpful, the facilities were great and very comfortable. We were very close to the beaches. It was easy to get in to Dawlish without A car.
A beautiful place, very clean, friendly hosts, peaceful area and has everything you need. A lovely place for a get away and not far from dawlish town ☺️
Good Size bedrooms. Not a great location to dawlish warren _ but only a short drive. These are only small issues, we didn't let them spoil our holiday.
