Helpful staff offered to carry my bag up to my second floor room as there was no lift. My small single room had everything I needed.

Noisy neighbours and a large gap under the door paired with a hall light which was on all night interrupted my sleep and made it hard to return to sleep. Breakfast was poor.

1)Very close to Reading festival. This is the most important for us. 2)We can see the Reading festival on TV.

1)I sent email to this hotel 5 times. But they never return to me. (They said that they didn't receive them) 2) Not include breakfast ! Very high price. (for Reading festival)

Rooms nice , apartment perfect for night workers who miss breakfast.

Parking - only 10 spaces of which 4/5 are permanently filled. If you return to the hotel late at evening I.e, if working late as we were there is no where to park except on the main road meaning get up just a few hours after sleep to move van! Breakfast 7-9

Close to the station, close to the river. Fair price. Rooms are ok, several have been renovated recently.

Breakfast is really basic, it should not cost much more to have something better.

    Clean, modern bathroom

harmless but the breakfast was 'ordinary', boring orange juice, cellophane cubed cheese and no ham for those who don't do jams & marmalade

Handy location, high speed internet, friendly staff.

Very poor breakfast, my room was located on second floor and room was very warm for example outside temperature was 20 degrees but inside was 30 degrees because of none insulation material on roof.

Immaculately clean and very well situated, and very competitively priced. I stayed in a posh, rather full of itself boutique hotel the same week, and Rainbows Lodge met my needs better for 1/3 the price.

The location which is very closed to the train station and town center.

We were supposed to pay the stay at the hotel (we indicated that we did not want the bill to be automatically charged to our credit card) but it was and the staff was rude when we complaint. The floor was dirty and the shower didn t work well (it stopped suddendly and the temperature was not stable). The bed was noisy and we could hear the neighbours. Moreover the breakfast was very poor.
