The bed was very comfy and facilities in the room were good and useful. Room very spacious and comfortable. Leaving! & having to go downstairs in the morning to pre-authorise my creditcard to purchase room service breakfast even though i'd paid on it the previous night - made the morning not as comfortable and relaxing as it should have been. The door-stopper in the room on the floor - a bit in the way and kept stubbing our toes on it. Also feel breakfast is a little over-priced and maybe should be included in the price of the room and also we feel the cooked breakfast should be allowed to be taken up to room to eat/available for room service for comfort and ease.

Nice helpful staff. Rooms clean. Central location to see family. Beds poor had a dip in middle of mattress and one pillow was soiled. English breakfast on Saturday morning looked as if it was left over from the night before. Did not see any signage for the fitness centre

Not much No gym, despite this being advertised on the Ramada website. Four staff ignored us completely in the restaurant so we dined elsewhere

Coach party of elderly people, we went to get meal/drink in evening, we thought they were entering a retirement home, with the residents waiting for the eveing entertainment, or a bingo session. the morning breakfast converstions were not pleasant. I would not stay at a Ramada again, if they are now catering to coaching holidays.

Excellent price. Good breakfast cooked fresh. Location. Convenient parking and free. Mattress too soft/over worn. Could not find jam at breakfast . No shower cap or moisturiser in room, despite claiming to be a four star. No milk in room. Seat by table was torn. Do they keep different rooms for people who pay different rates? If I had paid full price I would have been very disappointed but having paid less than £50 I was quite contented. This is not a four star hotel as you would usually expect but feels more like a premier inn.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room was excellent and plenty of room to move around in, breakfast great. This hotel is situated in exactly the right location for where we wanted to be. We will definitely go again. The sky restaurant wasn't open as it only opens in the week which I thought was rather silly we would have loved to have seen it and had a drink. The towels in the bathroom as too small ok for drying a small child but not much good for a fully grown adult and the shower has no power so that needs sorting.

The staff were FANTASTIC. The 1st we arrived there was an issue with the room being too small to facilitate a cot. It was sorted in no time. Staff contacted Drayton Manor for us so we could book it over the phone to avail of the discounts. Location is very industrial but dont let that put you off. Close to the motor way & you will be made feel very welcome.

On arrival we were greeted nicely and Tash, (the receprtionist), was very polite, helpful and efficient. Everything was explained clearly to us, and she even went out of her way to print off directins to some local aras that we wished to visit. She also kindly offered to ge a specfic newspaper for us on her way to work next morning. Definitely "first class" customer service all round from her, and all the staff w encounterd at the hotel

Close to Walsall as we were visiting friends there. Our room was very large and clean lovely view out of window across Cannock The shower was not very powerful , we were told by staff this was because we were on the eighth floor. Parking was a bit difficult at times.

Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Food areas were untidy and uncomfortable. Breakfast was a joke, totally unorganised, badly laid out, massive queues and waiting times.

Clean and convenient The room had no cups,no milk, very small towels and only 2 of them. There was no toiletries in the bathroom. When we asked for cups we were left 2 for three guests. When we asked for milk we got a mug given with milk in it. The whole experience was quite unprofessional. The breakfast was cold and had been sat a long time,as soon as we had been to the buffet 9 am it was removed.
