Graet location for shops and restaurants. In walking distance to Train station We had twin room which was tiny. No soap in dispenser and 1 pilow each on arrival had to ask for more which were also wafer thin. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty and when we complained it didnt seem to bother guy on reception. No apology etc.

The hotel was clean, modern and bright. The staff polite and professional. We stayed 3 nights bed and breakfast and were not disappointed. Breakfast was excellent- hot and cold buffet and plenty of it. Parking is a bit of a problem. There is parking nearby, but it's expensive. We would bring our own pillows if were were to stay there again.

It's a simple, comfortable and clean accommodation, very close to the city centre, with a very friendly staff. The walls of the rooms are really thin!, you can hear most of the things from the corridor; as a result, if you are a long lasting sleeper, maybe this is not your place.

i thought the ramada encore was wonderful and have highly recommended it to family and friends but the only 3 complaints i had was the parking as we had to go and move our car twice when we stayed ( 1 before 8am in the morning ) and we had to pay nearly £10 for the 1 day stay and also the pillows in the room were horrendous. they were lumpy and flat. we had to fold them over to double them up and put towels underneath aswell to give a bit of height. also the room could do with having air conditioning or a fan . my partner whos birthday it was thought he was going to faint with the heat. we didnt even get out on the town for his birthday that night as he was exhausted with the heat. breakfast was absolutely brilliant with a wide variety and a gorgeous non-greasy, warm full cooked breakfast. so apart from those 3 complaints the hotel is great and we will be returning :) oops i said it all in above box. heat in room, pillows and parking

The layout of room and bathroom were excellent. The room was very comfortable and looked out over the Harland and Wolff/Titanic area. Reception ordered a taxi for me and bar staff were really helpful nothing to complain about

Great locality, great design in the room, clean, staff friendly. As a couple we both found the mattress too firm and uncomfortable to sleep on. Also there was only 1 pillow each with no extras and also only a light quilt with no extra bedding. Noisy although this is understood as a lot of city hotels are.

Lovely rooms which are ggod value for money. The restaurant however is just basic food. Reminded me off simple pub grub. Not what you expect from this standard of hotel. Other than that i had a lovely stay and found staff very efficient, courteous and helpful. Will stay again! Food not really up to scatch!!

The surroundings were lovely. The reception staff very helpful. The bar manager that day was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My room looked out over a busy street and at night was just a little bit noisy with traffic.

The location suits me for attending the business office. The rooms are a good size which I like and I likethe wooden floors in the room. The rooms are not very well lit and there is a lack of mirrors in the rooms

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. This was the first time that we had our baby granddaughter with us and the service and welcome was as good as when we travelled on our own. The roms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is second to none! I don't think this merits a bad mark but as you asked - the bar menu could be a little bit cheaper for bar meals and more applicable. The food was lovely but not really suitable for a bar menu.

Central yet quiet. Very nice staff. Big room. No free WiFi. In this day and age it really is tight-fisted not to have free WiFi. We had to walk in the rain to the train station to check the timetable and missed an important social opportunity due to a missed email.
