Graet location for shops and restaurants. In walking distance to Train station We had twin room which was tiny. No soap in dispenser and 1 pilow each on arrival had to ask for more which were also wafer thin. Sheets on one of the beds were dirty and when we complained it didnt seem to bother guy on reception. No apology etc.

After traveling for 30 hours from Australia we arrived at the hotel at 8:30 am, we requested putting our luggage in storage which was no problem, we then asked when our room would be available expecting to be told after 2:00pm, we were delighted to be able to get access to our room then & there. We had also requested that our 2 rooms be on the same floor, they were across the hall from each other. The staff were excellent, location In a nice area and an easy stroll into the city centre and the hotel was very comfortable, I would highly recommend this hotel. The pillows were a little thin, but after a busy day of touring around I managed to sleep on it well

Very clean and friendly. Located to some great nearby restaurants (Salt Bistro was fantastic!) Loved the walk in wet room, and also the woodern flooring. All in a great hotel, very well situated for the city and only a 15 minute walk from the Titanic area, would use again when we go back over.

Nice location for the Cathedral Quarter and Custom House Square. Grest breakfast buffet. The room is comfortable and is a good size. Nearby parking is expensive. No bath in the room.

All was quite good Would benefit from a few more shelves/ drawers In room to place items of clothing. I had an iPad but no wifi in rooms I had pre paid for Internet but found it Was in public areas only or on a keypad via tv in room I would prefer to use my own devices. Otherwise a pleasant stay. :-)

Service was good when things went wrong. The hotel did not have us registered, although we had a Booking.com confirmation. Evening meal in the restaurant was sent back because it was cold - twice. It was refunded.

I liked the fact that even though most of the receptionists were new to the Hotel, that added to their charm. The receptionists were the best thing about our stay at the Hotel (apart from the beds and showers). The 24hr hour bar became useful as most bars closed early on Good Friday. Being the first contact or face on entering the Hotel, this is an important factor from your point of view. I would not normally write an email to give my opions, but felt that the receptionists should get a mention. Thank you to Casey and her supervisor! Robert & Brendan Cannot think of anything. Obviously, if we were offered discount on our next visit, we would not complain about that!

The walls are paper thin! There was a guy in next room with the worst cough I have ever heard. He coughed all night and I got no sleep. He also had his tv on full blast. Hotel couldnt do anything as Hotel was full so they couldnt move me. The next day, I asked for an iron to iron my shirt - they couldnt find any in the whole hotel. I said the hotel was a joke. And it really is. Never again.

The location was good and the hotel and room was clean. The double room we had booked for two people was set up for one (I.E. one large towel, one bathrobe and one pair of slippers). We requested another large towel but it never arrived. Free Wi-FI is not provided in the rooms.
