Food very good and free secure car parking is excellent touch. This is our second stay in 7 weeks and will not be our last. My daughter and partner has also stayed here recently They range of draught beers is limited no Smithwicks or McArdles ale |

Its central location to town and odyssey arena, rooms very clean and smart, free parking. Extremely uncomfortable beds, too firm! I am pregnant [early stages] and didn't sleep very well. My husband also agrees bed too uncomfortable, and that is the only reason we will not be returning. Shame though as hotel perfect for quick visit and shopping, |

Friendly, helpful reception and bar staff, very modern rooms, central location, free car parking. Contraceptive packaging found on the room floor. Put me off immediately, made me doubt how thoroughly the room had been cleaned! |

This hotel was lovely to stay in the staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was definitely value for money. The only complaint i have is that the walls were paper thin + we could hear all the goings on from the rooms on either side of us + in the hall way and got an unwanted wake-up call at 7.30am. |

Conveniently located in the city centre, but far enough away from the pubs/clubs to be disturbed. Friendly and modern, it provided an ideal base for a city break, and the low cost meant more money for shopping! |

The room was very modern and clean. Also the bar area had a brilliant atmosphere and was very comfortable. I booked a double room and was told they only had twin rooms left. |

Comfortable and clean. Central to shops and restaurants. Very noisy from other guests in the middle of night. No biscuits for our tea! |

The room booked was a disabled room and this was not requested. Would like to be given the option of booking a twin room as opposed to a double room. |

great location just at the back of St Ann's Cathedral. Lots of beautiful restaurants in the area. Only a 10 minute walk into Victoria Square. Room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was very well designed. Free parking was a real bonus! Will definitely be back! |

It was ok i dont think i would go back not for a weekend away with my partner really only for business We got to hotel that was fine given our room card when we got to the room it was still dirty bed was not done towels on the floor bins not empted. when reported was given a different room fine then the room given had no wardrobe or drawers for clothes and i think if they know a couple is coming for 6 nights stay we would be given more than 3 hangers each. Asked for an iron did not receive this so had to ask again this was taken out the room without notice when asked for the iron again we were not given one Not Happy!!! The bed sheets were not changed in the 6 nights stay Not Happy Again!!! |

The hotel is in a good location and all staff were very freindly, the room was clean and spacious and the continental breakfast was good value for money. I would definitely use this hotel when I next go back to Belfast. the wardrope space could be better. |

Excellent staff at reception and in the restaurant. Very helpful and friendly. Plentiful onsite secure car parking. Excellent breakfast. Good city centre location but easily accessed from outside the city too. The building work at and around the hotel has finished and the results are very good. The doors close very hard and the noise was a bit intrusive in the mornings. |

Receptionists very friendly and helpful. The restaurant menu was very limited. The standard of the food and service in restaurant was poor. Food could only be described as "pub grub". Appeared to always be shortages of basic utensils. During the night the noise level on our floor was unacceptable mainly caused by room doors shutting. No literature in the room of available facilities in the hotel. |

Newly built, excellent room and on suite especially the wet room and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the bar menu was limited only sandwiches and salsa the rest was not available, as we were going to a concert it meant we had to eat early. Breakfast was medioca no milk selection and the cooked breakfast was not that good, bacon and egg over cooked and tasteless sausage. |

I thought this hotel was very nice and clean and central, the staff were exceptional and had no problems what so ever, i would gladly stay here again next time i return to belfast. very resonable prices and luxurious surroundings. Bar could have stayed open later for residents |
