La proximité du centre de Belfast , la modernité de l'hôtel et l'accueil du personnel. Nous avons regrettez la présence d'individus alccolisés qui erraient bruyamment la nuit dans les couloirs de l'hôtel et qui nous ont réveillés à plusieurs reprises en tapant dans la porte de la chambre. |

L'hotel est neuf et joli. La cloison de notre chambre (533) devait être mal finie. On pouvait voir un filet de lumière de la chambre voisine. Et on avait l'impression de partager notre chambre avec les voisins qui on fait la foire jusqu'à 4h du matin! Nos amis qui occupaient une autre chambre n'ont eu aucun problème. |

Cleanliness of the whole of the hotel. Comfort of the bed. Appearance of the staff My booking was to include breakfast the following morning, however both the restaurant and reception did not have this information. By the time I was able to go back to my room and produce the documentation that entitled me to breakfast it was too late to take it as a taxi was pre booked. This spoiled my stay |

room design was different, very clean, ensuite classy but would like to have had a bath in it We came back after a concert to have a drink but there was nobody serving in the bar. One member of staff said they would be back in about ten minutes but there was already a lot of people waiting to be served so we just went up to our rooms |

the ladies on reception were very nice and helpful and a great assett to you. the complimentary ladies products as stated in the room guide were not available and never had been, the staff advised that they knew nothing of this. If you are going to offer a service you should have the items in place to do so and make sure your staff are aware that they should exist! |

The breakfast was very good and the location excellent I found the staff did not seem to know anything when we asked even about the hotel, not very professional, no extractor fan in bathroom, |

The hotel was very handy for city shopping and the car park was free. There was some noise from drunk guests in the middle of the night---needed more staff on at breakfast to clear tables. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent standard of cleanliness and decor. The pillows were very soft, lumpy and generally uncomfortable. |

The staff were very accomodating and we liked their informal approach which was respectful but in a very warm way. The faciities, including free parking, and proximity to the city centre were great assets. Would prefer more inclusive offers (with bed and breakfast) at reasonable prices, also a direct link from the car park such as is available at the Hilton in Belfast would be an advantage, particularly in bad weather. Finally more sineage coming from the car park as the Square is featured at one point and not the Encore which could be confusing. |

Food very good and free secure car parking is excellent touch. This is our second stay in 7 weeks and will not be our last. My daughter and partner has also stayed here recently They range of draught beers is limited no Smithwicks or McArdles ale |

Its central location to town and odyssey arena, rooms very clean and smart, free parking. Extremely uncomfortable beds, too firm! I am pregnant [early stages] and didn't sleep very well. My husband also agrees bed too uncomfortable, and that is the only reason we will not be returning. Shame though as hotel perfect for quick visit and shopping, |
