Locatie, centrum is op loopafstand. Gratis internet in de lobby.

De prijs is te hoog t.o.v. de comfort. De kamers zijn erg gehorig, de wanden zijn dun en er is een opnening onder het plafond, met als gevolg geluidsoverlast, we zijn een keer op verzoek van kamer gewisseld zonder resultaat. Gesprekken kun je bijna letterlijk verstaan. Tevens is de afzuiging in de badkamer is erg gehorig en niet uit te zetten.

the ladies on reception were very nice and helpful and a great assett to you.

the complimentary ladies products as stated in the room guide were not available and never had been, the staff advised that they knew nothing of this. If you are going to offer a service you should have the items in place to do so and make sure your staff are aware that they should exist!

Check in time quite late (3pm) but a lot of hotels seem to be doing this now.

I appreciated the speedy booking in and the taxi booking service via reception. The open design and clean lines gave this hotel a subtle cosmopolitan feel. The room was decorated in warm and welcoming colours.

Lack of sign posting. Lack of low level Hotel sign. As a stranger to Belfast, I arrived at night and found it extremely difficult to locate, eventually realising that I had been right near it 45mins before I 'found' it. I found the room to be rather cold at midnight when I returned from my night out and had to use the duvet from the second bed to stay warm enough all night.

Within walking distance of nearly everything. Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The walls are very thin. You can hear everything in the hall and adjacent rooms.

The hotel was very handy for city shopping and the car park was free.

There was some noise from drunk guests in the middle of the night---needed more staff on at breakfast to clear tables.

The pillows were very soft, lumpy and generally uncomfortable.

The staff were very accomodating and we liked their informal approach which was respectful but in a very warm way. The faciities, including free parking, and proximity to the city centre were great assets.

Would prefer more inclusive offers (with bed and breakfast) at reasonable prices, also a direct link from the car park such as is available at the Hilton in Belfast would be an advantage, particularly in bad weather. Finally more sineage coming from the car park as the Square is featured at one point and not the Encore which could be confusing.

location was great, room was good and price was reasonable. Would be happy to return there.

directions and information on parking were very unclear. there was no safe in the room.
