Cleanliness of the whole of the hotel. Comfort of the bed. Appearance of the staff

My booking was to include breakfast the following morning, however both the restaurant and reception did not have this information. By the time I was able to go back to my room and produce the documentation that entitled me to breakfast it was too late to take it as a taxi was pre booked. This spoiled my stay

room design was different, very clean, ensuite classy but would like to have had a bath in it

We came back after a concert to have a drink but there was nobody serving in the bar. One member of staff said they would be back in about ten minutes but there was already a lot of people waiting to be served so we just went up to our rooms

Staff were friendly

Breakfast was just ok.

The hotel was very handy for city shopping and the car park was free.

There was some noise from drunk guests in the middle of the night---needed more staff on at breakfast to clear tables.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent standard of cleanliness and decor.

The pillows were very soft, lumpy and generally uncomfortable.

The staff were very accomodating and we liked their informal approach which was respectful but in a very warm way. The faciities, including free parking, and proximity to the city centre were great assets.

Would prefer more inclusive offers (with bed and breakfast) at reasonable prices, also a direct link from the car park such as is available at the Hilton in Belfast would be an advantage, particularly in bad weather. Finally more sineage coming from the car park as the Square is featured at one point and not the Encore which could be confusing.

location was great, room was good and price was reasonable. Would be happy to return there.

directions and information on parking were very unclear. there was no safe in the room.

The hotel was very central we were able to walk every- where so we did not have to get taxis.

Food very good and free secure car parking is excellent touch. This is our second stay in 7 weeks and will not be our last. My daughter and partner has also stayed here recently

They range of draught beers is limited no Smithwicks or McArdles ale

This hotel was lovely to stay in the staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was definitely value for money.

The only complaint i have is that the walls were paper thin + we could hear all the goings on from the rooms on either side of us + in the hall way and got an unwanted wake-up call at 7.30am.

Conveniently located in the city centre, but far enough away from the pubs/clubs to be disturbed. Friendly and modern, it provided an ideal base for a city break, and the low cost meant more money for shopping!
