Booked as an executive room - was no better than a good double and not worth the extra money. Discusted to find what appeared to be toe nail clipping on floor of room.

Breakfast was very good however a choice of scambled or fried eggs would have made it excellent Poor car parking facilties. Wet room instead of a shower tray. Broken electrical socket in room giving access to live connections. This was reported to the receptionist when I left but she said there was nothing that could be done about it. I was unable to gain access to the Hotel after midnight on Friday evening using my room swipe card.

The breakfast was fantastic, great choice and plenty of it. The rooms were very clean. The extractor fan in the bathroom stays on all the time and was noisy. We were opposite a hen party and they kept going in between bedrooms between 1am - 3om. The heavy nature of the fire doors meant the doors slamming was very noisy and the laminate floor was noisy with high heels walking all over them. More pillows should be provided in the room as standard - not have to ask for them. The bed wasn't very comfortable and my back was in discomfort the next day. All in all I did not have a great nights sleep.

Hotel, appears bright and funky from outside and continues in. Very clean. Staff friendly. Style and layout of the room was lovely. Bathroom, very nice - you should put pictures of this on your website as I didn't see any. Sadly the beds let down the stay. We both had a terrible nights sleep - beds were far to hard for both our liking.

Location was great, breakfast excellent the room was not very soundproofed, I was woken several times as other guests walking through the corridor seemed like they were in the room, this happend most of the night and I was in meetings the next day which became exhausting. I thought staying would be better than having a 3hr journey up as I would be refreshed and well slept. Also the parking was full and the desk told me I could park there until 9am without a parking ticket. I went to the car just after 8 to find a parking attendant writing a ticket. he said the restrictions started at 8am. Not the best start to a business day!!

We had 2 sleepless nights from noise within the hotel, we spoke to reception the following morning and they moved us to a different floor and we had 2 good nights sleep. Parking hotel has car park but very small and we couldn't park as was full, on road meter parking available if you can find a space

Quiet rooms, clean and comfortable. Close to city centre. Staff friendly / helpful. Modern decor. Good food. Hand soap in bathroom empty all week. Having a 'massage palour' opposite the restaraunt - but not easy to change I imagine... I booked breakfast in advance and paid full price. My colleague paid for breakfast on arrival and got a 20% discount. Bed a little too firm for my back!

Good location Parking facilities were terrible and although I was told there was parking, on arrival I was told it was all fully booked. I would've liked to have been warned of this when booking my stay, prior to driving for nearly 9 hours! I parked in the ncp instead. Perhaps the hotel could do an ncp discount or give an option to book parking through Booking.com?

The Staff where excellent and very considerate A complete audit check needs to be carried out in all Accessible toilets, within all Hotels as at present the Ramada (Encore) Accessible toilets do comply with Part M of Building Control & BS8300. Even a small thing as a 'Coat Hook' is not supplied. The flush handle on the toilet facility has been affixed to the incorrcet side of the cistern. I am a Consultant NRAC (Auditor) if you require more information please email me.
