The basin plug did not work, it would be good to have a choice of feather pillows |

Location was ideal, and having a secure carpark was a definite bonus. I had a friendly welcome which set the tone of the visit. I'd suggest changing the carpark details to "limited" - We were lucky and got a space, but there really aren't that many. The purpose of my visit was a night out in Birmingham, not having any caffeinated coffee in the room was quite a horrible shock the next morning. |

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. Not much parking at the hotel. No gym, pool or sports facilities at all. |

Everything was perfect apart from the parking, the hotel was lovely and cosey and the room was so clean and stylish. Only one small problem, the parking. It is so small that there was no spaces available, so we had to park out on the main road. |

Not far from train station The water from the shower was flooding into the bedroom which I found distressing everytime I showered incase it damaged the flooring!!! I had to use multiple towels to mop up floor and the bathroom floor was always wet so had to stand on towels. |

Staff were very friendly and helpful, parking was a little awkward and the bathroom in room 413 was not complete and the shower would of flooded everywhere if I had not have put towels down. |

Near city centre for shopping and walking distance to broadstreet for all the nightlife, plus just enough away to get a good nights sleep from nightclub noise etc Could do with more parking spaces, not many spaces for the size of the hotel, also be aware they charge £10 a day for parking, which is ok if you are staying one night, but if you there for a week this soon adds up... If you cant park you have to park in city centre which does cost a lot more. |

The hotel was very clean and well run. Room service staff were very friendly, however it took three phone calls to get our food as our choices were not available. Also there was a mix up with taking a deposit on my debit card. At booking in the desk did not make it clear that this was needed. I gave them my card and they gave it back to me telling me to pay by cash. The booking in staff at that time were quite officious. As above but also my daughter and her fiance stayed in room 620 and were kept awake during the night by a couple swearing and constantly making a lot of noise. My daughter was convinced the man had aprostitute in his room. I said they should have complained to the reception desk but were too intimidated to do so. In her words he' sounded dodgey' |
