We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Encore and the facilities at the hotel was everything we thought it would be. The only disappointing aspect of our stay was that we had to pay for parking which I thought was disappointing.

Not much, reception staff were not very helpful, no car parking, not good value for money Parking was hurrendous complete nightmare do not know why the state they have a car park when they only have 24 spaces so you have no chance of getting one, we got told they could not reserve spaces but when we arrived we tried to use of the spaces but got told it was reserved !!!!! room very basic I have paid less and had a better room, would go back to the Raddison next time

The price and location was alright The fact that since I stayed two nights, my room was not cleaned on the first night. I was highly disappointed.

Nothing much. Room was clean. That's about it Don't be fooled by the 'executive' label! Don't waste your money! This hotel is even more basic than an ibis. In fact, I would stay at an ibis every time rather than here ! £100 per night for an executive room sounds reasonable... In reality, what you get is...a room that is incredibly basic! No wardrobe, smallest double bed I've ever seen, fruit bowl consists of an apple & orange on a plate. The 'fluffy' bathrobes are nothing of the kind!! Waffle cotton bathrobe, oh and don't expect one each! You'll have to share. Oh and don't presume you'll be able to park either... Car park is tiny so fills up very quickly, the hotel staff will then tell you to try and find somewhere on the street to park....!

The staff had zero customer service skills. If you experience any problems (Even if they are caused by the hotel) the staff had no compassion of power to rectify the problem.

Helpful, friendly and discrete service, modern decor, comfortable beds, good breakfast buffet, good value, well situated for art galleries, concert halls, canals, restaurants, chinese quarter, theaters and shopping malls. It is unfortunate that one has to take a route to the city centre via an underpass that is neglected and full of rubbish and sometimes used by the homeless. The surrounding buildings are also neglected and partly empty, even though this relatively new hotel is well-designed and comfortable, this leaves a lasting impression.

A nice clean modern hotel. Great location for where I wanted to be. A couple of minor irritations though. Loved the bathroom walk in shower wet room Lots of on street parking outside front door Poor storage space - ok for 1 night but stay for longer I small hanging bar no cupboards or drawers. Bathroom had shelves but not best to put shirts in as they will steamy easily from the wet room Car parking. Is offered under hotel £12 a night. Fortunately I was happy to put the car on a meter for an hour then free parking after 6 pm until 8am Monday

Really nice & very clean hotel. Staff were extremely welcoming, helpful & friendly. Was presented with a thoughtful welcome pack on arrival. Great bar, fabulous layout & comfort. Extremely relaxing atmosphere with good facilities. Good location, not too far from Broad Street & Arcadian centre with easy access to New street/Moor street stations & Bullring. As not directly in the centre of the city, stayed on Friday night & there was no traffic/street noise. Only slight down side was that room took a little long to heat for a stay in January & heating was quite noisy.

The Hotel was very nice and location good. We only had one problem and that was the heating. For some reason the temperature wouldn't go higher than 19.5 which was too cold for us.

Great location, but of a walk from the likes of digbeth where our night consisted of going to though. Considering I paid extra for an "executive room" it was no different from the regular room I stated in before, other than the fact that they give you a dressing gown that a hippo could fit into and slippers for people with the smallest I feet, other than that the tv didn't work and the over priced breakfast is mediocre.
