Rooms uninviting - sparse with wooden floors. Giant wet-room style bathroom with shower just attached to a wall in the corner was obviously for wheel chair access but would have preferred separate bath/shower cubicle with a door or curtain at least to stop entire floor getting wet. Shower gel dispenser empty. Towels poor quality. Iron not working well. |

Location to Rochester.Staff extemely pleasant and helful. First room very noisy due to being above entrance and also opposite lifts.Contacted manager in the morning and offered a different room straight away. This room was fine, reported left reading light broken on 2nd night but was not fixed during our 4 day stay. |

Staff are really friendly and helpful. Atmosphere in hotel is relaxed and welcoming I have stayed here 4 or 5 times and never had any problem however room 502 must be next to the boiler room or something and it came on at 1.30am and made a bit of a noise for an hour or so. It didn't keep us awakefor too long though but others may have found it difficult to get back to sleep. |

The bathroom layout and facilities were not good, with the sink tap not suitable for the sink, causing water to spread over the sinktop and floor. It was also impossible to get a mobile phone signal inside the building. The breakfast was not available early enough. |

Friendly staff, free WiFi internet connection in the cafe area, Hotel location next to the Historical Dockyard, car parking, Other restaurants nearby at shopping centre (walking distance) Breakfast expensive compared to other hotel chains (DeVere £7.50, Ramada £9.50) so eat elsewhere. |

Relaxed atmosphere - free Wifi in the bar/restaurant - brilliant breakfast! Friendly and professional staff. Minimal bedroom furniture - no drawers or wardrobe. Price of tea and coffee in the bar - £5.20 for hot water and two teabags is a little excessive! |

I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness and facilites in the restaurant. We tried ringing the hotel late on the Friday evening for directions. We rang for 40 minutes, no reply. We eventually found the hotel and upon arrival the reception desk was not manned. We found the bar staff and the guy apologised and said he was on his own. They offered complimentary breakfast which was appreciated. |
