as we were in chatham for a family wedding it was in an ideal location and also we had a birds eye view of veterans day |

Toilet flush broke - was not repaired. Shower temperature control was also stuck on scalding - member of staff had to struggle with it - making us later leaving the hotel than planned. |

nothing and would not reccomend this hotel to any family or friends. My partner and myself were unsatisfied during our stay. when we arrived at th hotel during the evening the receptionist wanted to change out room to a smaller one but we booked a family room becasue it was the same price as a a double room, we wanted some space. the receptionist accused us of sneaking people in to the room. |

Not much staff not very friendly room not very clean Staff attitude, bathroom not not clean towels not very nice, shower not good, loads of small flies around while eating meal, and plates cold when serving a hot meal |

The hotel was comfortable and clean but the family room was small. The breakfast was excellent. The evening meal was disappointing and one of the salads (tomato and mozzorella) was exchanged because it just consisted of those 2 elements and was not substantial for a main course. |

Efficient check in. Reception/ bar staff excellent. no queues when checking out. £50 Friday night £80 Sat If the hotel is full good luck but a bit expensive for us. We would have stayed if it had been £50 |

Extremely polite and welcoming staff on arrival. Quick response when asking for an ironing board. Fast and efficient check in and check out. Only 4 milk cartons in the welcome tray. |

Handy location near historic dock museum. 24 hr reception. Plenty of parking space. Trendy wash-basin design was not well thought out, as water always poured over the side and soaked your clothes out. Showers not baths available. |

The low price, the closeness to the Docks. The food in the restaurant/hub was just horrible, i.e. really bad taste, old lettuce and greens in the salad. Even the breakfast was clearly under the weather (examples: no vegetables, stale breadroles and croissants), and does not in any way defend it's price om almost £10. |
