Staff were very helpful. Booked cabs for me. Always cheerful &willing to help
Comfy room and close to designer outlet for a bit of shopping about a 2 minute walk away
Staff were friendly and efficient
Bathroom fogged up when you used shower and you could not leave bathroom door open to ventilate TV was difficult to use Room felt quite cold, would be nicer if there was a rug on the floor to warm the room
Being placed in a smoking room as hotel fully booked, room smelt of smoke which ruined our stay
Staff very friendly
Parking area was too far away. Sign to locate the Ramada in Dockside was non existent. Took quite a while to find the entrance.
The front of house staff on first night, and leaving after my stay
Everything else, from lack of menu choice on both days, to creaking bed, to rude staff at breakfast, to food that was sent back due to it being rotten (salad), to lack of housekeeping staff, room not serviced on days that i stayed
Breakfast started at 0700 and not before
The facilities were brilliant and the rooms are big and comfortable.
Even though "free wifi" is advertised, we could not get a signal in our room. We used the hard-wired connection and were charged £14.99 for the internet for the privilege of 5 minutes use. My home broadband connection costs less per month.
Very good hotel would recommend, very clean and friendly staff. Good views if high enough in building facing river. Impressive.
The TV only had a handful of channels.
Room was very quiet
I had to wait two hours for evening meal as a coach party took over restaurant, prior warning should have been given.
The food was good. Most of the staff was friendly and willing to help.
The twin beds are very small smaller than a normal single bed.
Staff very friendly
Cold bar and Restaurant. Poor bed. Very low pressure shower.
The staff were very pleasant and helpful breakfast was nice would of liked a slightly larger selection.
None disabled customers parked in disabled bays, not enough disabled bays
Rooms clean with all required elemnts for overnight stay. Nice bar area to meet and have drinks Food was good, enjoyed both starters and main course, again good value for money. Helpful, courteous staff.
Checking out was tedious. 1 computer was down.
Cleanliness and good breakfast
Beds not very comfortable
I paid up front for breakfast on both days and it was worth it. The food was good and service from all staff very pleasant. The hotel was quieter than I expected and I managed to get 2 good nights sleep. I will stay there again and recommend it as an option for the Rochester/Chatham area.
I would have liked the option of a bath and not just a shower, but it wasn't so important to me to bother even asking if there was a room with bath available to move to.
1. Close to our function location 2. Easy access to and from Main roads 3. The staff were polite and helpful 4. It was very basic but clean and tidy 5. Good wi-fi connection
1. Lack of car parking near hotel 2. Very poor extraction fan in the en-suite 3. No where to dry the towels after use.
nice comfortable bed, nice shower.

Location is good for our event at the outlet centre
