Breakfast Late room service :) Outdoor area Very friendly staff
Room was a bit too cool Unresponsive air con
Central location and a good base, nice and easy to visit other places.
near to dockyard , shopping / restaurants Near to St Georges centre / university
The staffs except one unfriendly staff.
This hotel was so uncomfortable, my partner is 6ft2, he couldn't fit under the shower. The breakfast was not good at all. The worst hotel we have ever used, we definitely not going back
The positive staff that were very helpful from reception to the resturant
The soap dispenser in the bathroom !
The stuff was really helpful. Very comfortable beds. Good beer selection at the bar :)
They said it's possible to arrange for breakfast to go, when you need to leave the hotel earlier than when the breakfast opens, but at the end you still have to prepare the bag yourself, which is not that bad, just they could tell it before.
Nice location, clean and comfortable rooms. Food was good but limited. Service was very good and staff were very friendly.
Poor directions at roadside to get into the site, when up a due carriage way and then came back down and turned into a large carpark near some flats. I Could see the hotel but could not get access due to large concrete bolders. I could see were i needed to go once in car park. Rooms were clean with the exception of the shower floor which was sticky and could have been cleaner.
Position, comfort, tea coffee in room
Had the best nights sleep in a hotel ever. Most divinely comfortable beds. Very happy with staff, facilities and overall stay here.
The location as The Historic Dockyard was the focus of our visit also the restaurant and bar area
I felt the room was a little cramped and short of wardrobe and cupboard space for clothes
Great location on the doorstop of the historic dockyard
All was good
wet room as bathroom and good sized rooms. good location near historic dockyard
Rooms against main road noisy Beds rather poor quality
Staff, room, bar, reception
Smokers using the patio area, making it a smokers area.
Quite a modern hotel, staff were informative and attentive, nice comfortable bar area with an outside terrace area for the smokers. Food is available in the lounge area or as room service for a reasonable price, breakfast was an option it was reasonably priced and a good buffet selection was available. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the air conditioning nice and cold. The hotel is situated on top of the historic dockyard , good for a visit, plus it's ideally suited to visit other Medway towns
Really friendly, yet professional staff. Lovely clean and comfortable room. Value for money breakfast
The staff was very nice, that said they where running their behinds off not enough staff there .
they have a restaurant but you have to order at the bar and sign your bill before you can sit down .Then one girl is running to bring your meal , very understaffed . Breakfast was just a word . No plain yoghurt we where early at 8 am on a sunday no fruit left, no eggs sunny side up , the scrambeld egg looked and tasted like powder , saucages died out , bacon cold and hard , do I need to go on? O yess the beds where horrible
Location Modern style Wood floors - no carpets Walk-in shower Plenty of parking
Bed too firm for me
Very basic Bathroom: shower difficult to adjust Basin tap splashed Breakfast not well cooked. Fruit mouldy, pointed out to staff member who took bowl away and refilled it.
Breakfasts are really good value for money. Nice outside area for having a drink in the sun
Having to pay for internet access
Air con! So hot the a/c was amazing. Check in and out were simple. Staff were fine.
Staff could have been friendlier. We got a special rate for a wedd
Travelled from Minehead in Somerset to Gillingham, Kent for an overnight stay to say goodbye to a dying friend. Stayed with her in nursing home from 11am-7pm before going to eat somewhere. Finally checked into Ramada Encore at 11pm. Tried to get in touch with relatives but the wifi was not working. Went to bed at 1am extremely tired from travelling and emotional stress and was awoken by the cleaner knocking on my door at 8am! For £109 I feel that this was definitely not good value for money and that this was my first and last stay at a Ramada Hotel.
Friendly staff. Nice bar space and restaurant . Room v clean.
Location suited us
Bed very uncomfortble
