Have stayed before. Contemporary room, like the wet room shower. Breakfast is good price if pre-purchased. Helpful staff Minor point. Small double bed. Another 6 inches would be good.

Booked a standard room, which was reasonable sized, clean and functional with comfy beds. The hotel restaurant is pretty good, which means you don't need to go out unless you want to. Public areas of the hotel are spacious, bright and pleasant. I found the (free, wired) internet in the rooms was generally pretty slow. And although it's a modern building, the rooms are not air conditioned.

The Breakfast Quiet at nights. Comfortable bed but was a bit on the small side Wi-fi didn't work very well in the public areas and lan cable did not work at all in the bedroom. Service for food at night was slow. Limited selection of draft drinks at the bar.

Very clean room, shower excellent! Good food. Close location to Oulton Park as we were staying at the hotel for a racing event at the circuit. Free Internet didn't work in our room at all. We had booked a table for dinner with reception at check-in however when we arrived at the restaurant for our meal it felt as if this had caused a problem, the bar staff had to go and check with the chef whether or not we could have a meal which I found very unprofessional, especially as the restaurant was not busy at all! Also the general attitude of the bar and waiting staff was very poor indeed.

The hotel was modern and clean and easy to find. Was very accessible for the Lyceum theatre. An absolute bargain for £29 and would definitely return if in the area. Had to wait quite a long time to check-in because a group of students arrived just in front of me and one of them thought the uni was supposed to be paying for him. The issue was resolved eventually but it would have been preferable if another member of staff came onto reception as the bar was empty at that time. It wasn't the end of the world but I thought it could have been managed better.

I travelled to Ramada Encore Crewe from Scotland en-route to AltonTowers. What a great find! The hotel itself is very modern, clean and comfortable. The room rate of £39/night was excellent value for money and for the purposes of my trip the location was excellent. Alton Towers was 50 minutes drive from Crewe and the town had everything you need to stock up for the trip - Tesco etc. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to all of my friends who regularly visit AT from Scotland. Although the room rate was very competitively priced, breakfast was an expensive addition. We went to McDonalds across the road.

Modern Rooms and the price! Lounge facilities which we couldn't use one night due to a party. Double beds on the small side and we are not big people.

The hotel is ok for a couple but twin room only has pull out beds or single bed which was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in in any hotel. When we asked to change rooms, our luggage was not transferred for us and new room was just as bad

Decent value for money hotel. Key cards failed to work every day, annoying. Internet access limited in the rooms for things like a Kindle that only works on ground floor. TV fuzzy.

Business environment hotel. Shower was nice. Bed was fine. Room clean. Internet usable. My parking lot view was fine. Warm. No bedbugs. Easy parking. Quiet stay, but walls can be a bit thin. Three jacksons for a weekend night was good. Even saw some tour companies use this hotel. Nothing. The elevator PA voice was quirky.
