Score from 122 reviews Excellent
price was very good, rooms clean and tidy
bed soft so no support really. staff unorganised at breakfast so the food was not available at the same time as it was buffet style all options not out at the same time. The food was nice once available though.
Location is the number one positive about the hotel, the other positive is nice personnel.
Quality of room below expectation and below Ramada in Luton
Second time staying here and it is an excellent hotel. There was an error made with the initial booking, but after calling them it was sorted straightaway. The customer service was excellent.
No complaints here. Everything was excellent. Good value for money and I shall definitely book again without hesitation.
Very helpful staff
Poor lighting in room
The receptionists are always helpful and extremely friendly with smiles.
The breakfast has been disappointing. Not enough guests to warrant buffet not drying out but the bacon served with full English breakfast served was dry. There is never enough milk in the tea and coffee tray in the rooms.
Location excellent for where I was based Clean hotel Service good
No free WiFi in room - really expect this these days. Free WiFi in reception area only TV was poor - e.g. no channel 5
Everything else about the hotel ranging from staff to menu was great.
Bathroom floor / design - so odd
10 minutes walk from/to Crewe station.
In liked the smiling welcome when I arrived, always a good sign. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The restaurant area is very good and the drinks are reasonably priced. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was very clean and lighting very good.
This is more of a concern than a dislike, when using the walk-in shower, care has to be taken when using it as it's all one level. Therefore the water has a tendency to creep towards the door which could cause problems with the adjoining carpeting.
Cheap clean and fuss free
The 1am finish for the loud party going on when we arrived
Easy check in. Friendly staff. Basic room. Everything required was available.
The staff were very efficient and friendly.
Every time we used the shower the temperture fluctuated between hot and cold.
Neat and tidy good value convenient location
Pillow bit lumpy, kettle was burnt on bottom inside.
Bedroom was cute and tidy. Convenient location
Lady who checked us in was very rude. To the point where I nearly stayed somewhere else. Making me feel like I wasn't welcome and I was a nucience asking Her a question. There was a party on at the time and that was definitely the main concern
Location Hotel in general Nice staff Quiet Nice wet room shower
Only a standard double bed.
No complaints. Everything was alright ..
Nothing think about..
The facilities at the Ramada are excellent, coupled with well trained, friendly Staff.
The member of staff I talked to about the noise in my room was very helpful and offered to change my room immediately - much appreciated.
My room wasn't very quiet in spite of asking specifically for one.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. There was a 24h bar.
The prices at the bar were too high and the staff were not very nice, having trouble with finding the reservation at first, and then stalking us while eating the breakfast.
Location was conveinent for us.
We were not told about a party going on the night we had booked. car parking was very poor.
Easy to get to from Crewe train station. Situated on a business park, so was quiet with no passing traffic. Room was great with 2 pillows each, plus a double sofa, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryer. Bathroom is bright with a big walk in shower.
Location - about 15-20 minutes walk from railway station and right on edge of Crewe Business Park
Floors could have been cleaned better
Very helpful staff. I had a problem whereas the booking company had booked us in twice. The staff were very understanding and sorted everything out for us without fuss. I will definitely suggest to my friends that they stay at the Ramada.
Staff at Reception were all efficient, friendly and welcoming.Room was fine (bed was comfortable and everything in the room worked).
Staff in the Restaurant (evening meal) were generally unsmiling and not especially attentive. The food was alright, but looked a bit "tired" when presented.
Pretty big rooms. Clean and well maintained. Good breakfast
