clean, easy to get to from station - walked from back of derby station. Close to my meeting venues, not in the centre of the city so don;t get the late night revellers. Staff excellent no taxi rank outside |

Very clean, comfortable bed and excellent facilities in the room Because I used my Maestro card I had to pay upfront and then I could not charge drinks, etc to my room. Never had to do this before. |

Very welcoming upon arrival, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Nice room light and airy but most importantly clean. Bed not overly big but comfortable. Breakfast very nice, but would have appreciated another hour in bed, 9.45 is a rather early to close breakfast 10.30 is normal in most hotels although I realise your business guests would most probably have dined and left by this time. |

the bed was noce Most of the TV channels didn't work, and there was no wardrobe in the room, also, the fact that there is no room service at all on the weekends is pretty ridiculous. |

The fact that it was modern and had a gym I asked for a fifth bed as part of my booking request and the web site indicated it was possible, however when I checked in I asked for the extra bed and was told that they cannot accommodate an extra bed. Therefore 5 of us had to sleep in 2 double beds - Not comfortable |

Enjoyed the "remote location" within Pride Park- out of the way of the city. Would have preferred a bath in the shower. Was disappointed regatding the noise from the construction works and the railway, nearby. |

No cupboard space in room for clothes or cases, no teletext on TV, very limited beers in bar, limited breakfast choice, staff having meetings in dining area while guests at breakfast. |

clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. No free broadband in room. Staff friendly but forgot to tell me the parking barrier code. When I returned to room on first day the key card did not work - apparently the hotel computer reset all the locks. There wasn't even a small note in entrance to warn customers about it. I had to return from my upstairs room to reception to get my key card working!! |

As a new hotel, the furnishings and rooms were contemporary, and the shower room finish in particular stood out. The shower was easy to use. The staff could do with a little more customer service training, especially at the reception desk. The room was compact and there was very little space to hang any clothing. The buffet breakfast was OK, but staff didn't check when things had run out, so I had to go up and ask for various items. |

Staff quite new but very helpful and quite pleasant. Hotel is very basic and minimilist but serves its purpose. Wooden style floors in the rooms and a hanging pole ''open wardrobe style'' and shower which is basically a walk in wet room. |

The room was very modern, clean and reminded me more of a city apartment with it's flat screen tv and stylish fittings. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station and Derby city center. Would definately stay again |

good parking facilities, loveley breakfast, helpful staff.A good position for stopping-over on a long journey by rail. lack of wardrobe space__hanging facilities right next to front door meant your clothes are on view to anyone who visits. This is a good stop-over hotel but room is a bit small and basic for anything longer than two nights |
