The rooms where good it was very handy for the airport and nice and clean

Not a great deal to do when there and the food on offer was terrible. A microwave meal is not what you expect from any hotel

bathroom smelt strongly of cigarette smoke when we went in. spoke to reception and they sprayed air freshener. Wasnt very happy about this as we thought no smoking was allowed inside the hotel.

Good value for a family room overnight stay.

My original booking was very good price and although I had to change it, it was still a low price. Staff were very friendly and catered for late night hot chocolate for two tired children. The staff rang the day of our booking to check details of the stay and that we were ok for the children to stay on a sofa bed. I was very impressed with the customer service both before and during our stay.

I was booked to go back a week later but I am afraid I cancelled the booking because the main bed was absolutely appalling. Both my husband and I were uncomfortable all night and so were very tired and jaded for the rest of the following day - not good with two small children! I booked somewhere else which was slightly more expensive but included breakfast and had excellent reviews on comfort. I stay in hotels regularly for business and this hotel did not compare to any of its price range competitors for comfort. I will not book it again. I'm quite sorry, because the staff were excellent, but they can do nothing if the basic facilities (a comfy bed) have not been provided by the company!

We only stayed overnight to catch early morning plane. The staff were friendly and pleasant

So close to th airport,although because of snow we did book a taxi to take us to the airport very early in the morning,few minuites away but expensive.Can you oblige in any way when weather is so bad????Food for thought,your transfer would be a lot cheaper I am sure.

Considering our flight into Doncaster airport arrived 2 hours late (2.00am) the staff where extremely helpful and polite, we will stay there again.

I liked the staff as they were very helpful on arrival. The room was very clean so was impressed with that too.

What I didn't like was the fact I wasn't told the price of breakfast. I asked for a menu but the girl behind reception said help yourself! As I didn't know I only got minimal items little did know when I came to pay that's £9.99 please. What?! I personally think this is ridiculous.

Proximity to the Robin Hood Airport. Room was clean, beds were comfy, free Wifi and the hotel has a bar.

The heater turned off when the keys are removed. Took a while to re-heat the room once we got in.

Getting up & leaving at five in the morning because it was so bad

Damp bedding broken furniture damaged doorlock cold room being ignored at reception being told we should ring reception if room is poor stopped in the same room the week before told them then . so we arrived at 2200 hours after traveling for nine hours took half hour to get room fifteen fiddling with lock to get door locked noticed bed settee was still broken got into bed at2300 hours to find bedding cold & damp now would any one want to get up & go through getting the room changed I dont think so, I stop in a lot off hotels in the year this one has to be the worst ever with brekfast at a tenner not great value premier in is a few moor miles from airport but they are allways comfortable & good value & as for there secure parking glad I cancelled that they use the same exit code all the time

Room was clean and comfortable, if rather basic. Staff were pleasant and friendly. I had a good rate, so found it good value for money on this occasion - I only needed somewhere to sleep for one night as my brother had too many people staying. I found the hotel perfectly adequate for an overnight stop. Didn't notice any noise from the airport or aeroplanes, and slept very well.

No overhead light in the main room, which made it a bit dingy. Fine for an overnight stop but I wouldn't stay here on holiday as it is rather corporate and characterless, and the scenery consists of the airport. However I don't think they are aiming at that market, and it is fine for a convenient stop-over for the airport or a business trip. However, do wish staff had told me about putting the entry card into slot on wall in order to be able to turn lights on, and that there is a code to get out of the car park. The show was a wet room arrangement, which I did find slightly slippery at times.

Leaving

Room tatty broken Sofa bed wife sat on it went flying & tipped her drink over her self very upset that I drove past a premier inn to stop in that place claim secure parking but don't seem to change exit code

From walking into the hotel i was made welcome by the friendly staff they were very helpful and polite

Slow Service at the bar, and very poor at breakfast, no cups asked 2 times, no tables layed, food was very good but was cold by the time we got sorted with a table and drinks!

The location is great for Doncaster Airport.
