Smart hotel nice room nice bar area
Wasn't able to get in one nite from front entrance without contacting staff also reception wasnt manned few occasions missed several calls and texts as signal and WiFi very poor
I loved the friendliness of the staff and the food was excellent
I thought the bathroom in our room needed a bit of TLC
Great for motorway access
No wifi in rooms
Staff un-friendly No menu in room for room service when I rang up I was told to come down to receiption to order food, this is not what room service is, arrived at 10.00 and was told Breakfast had finished, The customer service for this hotel is extremly poor.
The bed was comfortable. The wet room was nice with the walk in shower.
Television was abit dated
Cheerful open plan reception and bar gave good first impressions to visitors.
Open access to hotel car park.
Nice firm pillows an mattress
Very convenient and comfortable. Extremely friendly staff.
The room was great and comfy the hotel was good and clean deffo coming back.
clean and tidy good service
tv not working well bad signal not first time
Rooms are comfy and hotel is good for the price. Not eaten at hotel except for breakfast, which is ok
Asked for a quiet room when I booked it. I have been two weeks on the trot and was in 210 first week and 310 this week, both rooms your can hear the noise of the traffic, so found it difficult to go to sleep. Hopefully in future the request in noted on the booking
Would be happy to stay there again .
Nice quiet clean room and good value
Mattress quite uncomfortable
Excellent location off M6 Staff very helpful Hotel very clean Very good value for money
the rooms at the hotel are ideal if you are staying for one night only and still want to live out of a suitcase or have one set of clothes. There are no cupboards or drawers AT ALL. Police were let in my room as a case of mistaken identity-without a warrant. The wet room drainage system didnt work as the pillock who made it has shaped the floor as an arch but with only one drain. The chef didnt turn up so no breakfast on two occasions (maybe more-i didnt ask). My card key had to be reprogrammed 3 times as it locked me out of my room on 3 occasions. I've stayed in plenty of hotels, and I would have rather have stayed above a pub rather than this supposedly executive hotel. Go to Chalon Court and pay a bit more. Really really disappointed.
Clean, modern, well located, good breakfast.
Bed not too comfortable. Rooms were a bit cold on arrival, in December would have thought heating would be on
Excellent value for the rate that I obtained.
The wired internet connection in the rooms was painfully slow.
friendly staff sofa in room (if you want to watch TV - which we didn't) Hot shower with good pressure
smell of smoke in corridor...seeped under bedroom doors. No hooks in bathroom
When we arrived the room smelled of smoke. We were moved immediately to a fresh smelling room. Staff helpful. Nice size room, clean and tidy.
We were told we could decide in the morning whether we wanted breakfast or not. When we decided to have breakfast that morning it was more expensive than advertised. We weren't told it would be more. Very cheeky! Also WiFi reception in room was hopeless!
Staff friendly although getting onto wifi was s problem until my last day when a knowledgeable staff member came back after days off
Starting to need a lick of paint
Clean nothing else
Bathroom Flooded as wet room didnt drain off Soap holder fell on my foot and badly bruised. Remote control for TV held together with tape. Room Service supposed to be till 9-30 kitchen closed at 9pm.
The staff were friendly and most helpful trying to find us an alternative to the races which was cancelled due to the weather. The breakfast was plentiful and good value. Wi Fi was excellent. The bed was comfortable although a little on the low side. Will look out for the Ramada again next December.
The water in the shower tended to build up and potentially could have flooded the bathroom. We put a spare towel down.
Very clean Brilliant value for £29 Polite staff Easy/free parking
Understaffed Small double bed (I'm being picky!) Next to main road- but wasnt that noisy so didnt bother us
