It was lovely and clean - I liked the fact that they had wood effect flooring instead of hard to clean carpets which I always think are quite unhygienic in a hotel. The wet-room type shower was excellent too. No parking. We parked in the multi-storey nearby but, if you had a lot of luggage, it would be a bit of a pain to carry it. |

Check in and check out were speedy. Staff were helpful. Access to room was easy from ground level. The room was very nice. There was no on-site car park, so we had to drag our baggage from the muli-storey. The beds were a little too firm for our liking. |

Hotel was central and al ok Apart from having no smoking rooms as suggested by your booking site, it needs to be clear as there are two Ramada Hotels in close proximity and we first went to the wrong one. |

City centre location is good and inexpensive secure car parking is only 3 minute walk away. No carpeting in the rooms make them feel bare and uninviting. |

Central location, comfortable room I did not like having to drag luggage and a baby across a busy road as I was unsure whether or not I could unload my car in front of the hotel and therefore endured a 5 minute walk from nearest carpark |

The design of the place was fresh: they'd set out to be different and achieved a good result. And I was allocated an accessible room, which was pleasantly large. In-room broadband costs £9.95 per day! Room service delivery charge is over £7! No Radio 3 or Radio 4 on the "entertainment" system. And the accessible bathroom left a bit to be desired - toilet too high, shower too low, lighting random. |

Its location suited the purpose of me visit. It was also the only hotel centrally situated with rooms available as Inverness is very busy with tourists. I did not like the fact that it was not a twin room. it was a double with a very uncomfortable sofa -bed. |
