Location, clean, good service

No on-site parking

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It looked so much better inside than its exterior.

When checking in there was no record of our booking and we had to show them our booking on our ipad. We were told we might be at the wrong hotel! We asked for a wake-up call which we didn't receive, so we had to miss breakfast (which we had paid for) and rush to the airport.

The hotel is walking distance to plenty of shopping, restaurants and sights. Inverness city is a delight.

Public parkade is two blocks from the hotel, and does not feel safe. Likely do to train and bus terminal nearby. We went to the Ramada to celebrate our anniversary. We as Windham rewards members were welcomed with a "snickers" chocolate bar and small bottle of water to share between the two of us. Seemed a bit cheap. Some desk staff were just plain uncaring, and laughed at us as we walked away from the front desk. It was not until our third night that we were informed that our telephone did not work because we had not left a deposit. We were guests of the Ramada, from another country, celebrating our anniversary and we wish we would have stayed else where.

Good location, friendly staff, nice clean rooms.

No car parking, hair drier was unsafe, can be noisy in the late evening with the window open on Friday and Saturday nights.

Staff were not very friendly & I did feel it was value for money. I had to ask several times for extra pillows. Breakfast was poor on the Saturday & there wasn't much to eat.

Seemed to be designed for one night mainly, as bedroom lacked sufficient hanging space/drawers.

Brilliant bedside lights. Enabling one to sit up and read without disturbing the other.

I booked a twin and was given a room with a double bed. I'm sure the staff would have changed the room if we had asked, but I initially thought I'd made a mistake in the booking. I hadn'T. But the bed was very comfortable.

The staff where friendly and polite Room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable, all round excellent experience. Food excellent.

Booked into incorrect room. Luggage was forwarded to hotel, it was not stored in the lockable luggage room, after a few phone calls, discovered it was delivered that morning. We arrived at hotel at 4pm and staff finally located luggage in their office at 5.30pm

A lovely hotel in a handy city centre location with reasonable prices and helpful and friendly staff.

Probably a one of but a spillage on our room floor had not been cleaned before we arrived.

Lovely staff, great position, comfy room, excellent breakfasts. Special mention to housekeeping, our member of staff was so friendly. We would definitely recommend.

The hotel really had no "killer" must go again features. Just another hotel in another town.

No fried eggs for breakfast. The hot water in my shower wasn't hot enough.
